I am extremely happy with the job that Big L did. There were a few issues with some of the windows that came in, but the company had everything fixed and replaced within a week. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. Dan was great to work with.

They just need to keep doing what they are doing and they will be fine!

I had them 5 years ago and they were fine and took care of my problem with my front door. It's only been about 6 months, so we'll see which door lasts longer.

We had to wait for them to replace doors and windows, and the fact that we are dissatisfied with the installation as well, I think we should be partially reimbursed. We won't recommend Big L to anyone until they do.
