We just purchased a home from Caviness and Cates. The team has been great to work with. My only complaint is that they built a 2 car garage that does not allow a mid-size car to fit. The stairs that lead into the mud room take up the space for parking. If this was known in the beginning we would...
My Caviness & Cates home was a model (pre-built). All of my punch list items were promptly addressed before or shortly after closing by a very efficient on-site Project Manager.

We would recommend using Hardie Plank Siding as it is flame resistant, very durable and resist termites.
