I feel that their quality is really good. They worked very hard and noticed everything and they were very particular. They take pride in their work and they work very hard.

We had our kitchen sink and disposal replaced. This required cutting of the current countertop. J.D. Norris came and made the measurements and then provided product suggestions. The product selection was very easy. Scheduling the project was also very easy. We made a last minute request regarding power to the disposal, and J.D. was able to accomodate this request. On the day of the job, we were impressed with how very well organized the whole process was. J.D. and the plumber thoroughly tested everything before leaving, and they left the kitchen perfectly clean. We are very happy with the outcome, and we would definitely consider working with this same team for future renovations.

My kitchen remodel so easy from my end of things! The whole process is well thought out and planned, and the communication between all involved parties was excellent. Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly, and the working crew were friendly, diligent, SO tidy, and very accommodating to my particular household's quirks. The experience was very positive. We were replacing an undermounted sink and faucet within a Corian countertop. DreamMaker was able to aid us in selecting a top mount sink that would enable us to keep our countertop. They were able to cut the Corian and replace the sink. All work was done carefully, installation went smoothly, cleanup was done well, and work was completed in less than a day.

The entire process was excellent, starting with the initial consultation and aspects of the job to the quoting. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing kitchen or bath remodeling.

Yes, I would recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen to others. Went thru a very defined process from concept, design, implementation, to project completion. JD Norris listened to our initial vision, came up with a design concept after visits to the Showroom, helped us make tough decisions due to cost constraints and working within a budget with a lot of give and takes until we reached a suitable design that met our overall expectations. When project went into production, main contact was the Lead Carpenter (Sergey) which was a skilled craftsman that I communicated daily during the implementation. He listened to our needs, helped expain the production process, and answered our questions. Craftsmanship was at a very high level with the end result exceeding our expectations. Job site was kept clean and orderly throughout the project with dust control measures put in place. At the project completion, the site was meticulous inside the house, outside driveway, and inside the garage where they stored their materials. Never would have known a remodel had taken place! No debris was left behind. Great job to the DreamMaker Team! Kudos to the entire Team we dealt with throughout the project! Everybody workded as a cohesive Team to accomplish the remodel project! The people that I worked with were so kind and considerate. They listened to my problems and tried so hard to make it right to my satisfaction. I couldn't have asked for nicer people to work with. There was a young man there and we were having issues. My husband is sick. He got out of the car and couldn't move. My friend asked the young man if he could help. He came to help and couldn't get him to move so he picked him up and carried him up five steps to get into the house. It was amazing. I am still astounded to think of what he did for us. He was there for whatever we needed. He was great. That's the way they operate. They do what the customer needs, not just what they agreed to pay for. It was greatly appreciated.

Work was completed efficiently and Sergey and Hayes consulted with me every step of the way to make sure that everything was done to my liking.
