Lyons Restores were very efficient, professional, and honest.
The service was ok. The issue was with my clothes. When I did get them back, I had other people's clothes, and I am not sure if I have items missing. I had rugs cleaned due to the smoke damage, but I am not sure if they cleaned them. You can still smell odors from my pets. They do not have a clean laundry smell. It took them two months to clean my clothes and get them back to me.
They merged with another company in the middle of the process. What should have taken 6 weeks, took 4 months.
They were prompt in giving me a call about the status of my items.
We had to wait 2 months to get our clothes back and are missing a few thousand dollars worth of items.
Their customer service was great, and they kept their appointment for the estimation.
They did a good job!
We had some stuff that was discarded that was never turned into the insurance or made known to us. We found out after the fact that it was thrown into the trash.
i would recommend Lyons cleaners for any restoration services
If you send your clothes to Lyons Restores, make sure that you tag each one of them and have the same documents written down that they do so that you can get all of your clothes back.
Great customer service, delivery man very nice and respectful,
The reason I would hesitate to recommend them is because, in times of distress, they pressure you to hurry up and make decisions when you're not emotionally or mentally ready to make those decisions.
I would not recommend them because our product came back worse then we sent it.
They are a fabulous company. They have unbelievable service. The guys that came out were very respectable. I also want to note that the cleaning products did not leave any type of odor.
I was very happy with Evans Garment Restoration in the beginning. Our house totally burned. Most of my things were lost. We had our master closet survive. It had our coats and very expensive items in there. We were worried about vandalism, so we took those things out of our car. As luck would have it, Evans told us to bring our stuff to them right away. I was very happy about that. After having such a traumatic experience, having someone say that they could help us right away was a great thing. We dropped our things off. In hindsight, I should have asked for a document of things that were received. The approach that he came with the owner, Joel, was very comforting. Fast-forward to a month later, I reached out to him because we were settled, and I wanted to reach out to him because I wanted my clothes back because I didn't want to pay for storage. They did a really good job cleaning our clothes. When we were inspecting our clothes, we found other people's clothes. It concerned me. As we got closer to them delivering them I noticed that 7 of my pretty expensive purses were not in the group. I asked him about them and was told that his manager probably put them in a safe place. He said that he would talk to his manager and see if he could find them. I got a strange call from a strange woman that never identified herself. I asked him who this lady was, and he told me that she worked with him. He ended up telling me that they couldn't find my purses and that we should put them on the non-salvageable list. That is fraud because we didn't lose the purses in the fire. They lost them. They should have filed a claim for them being lost. It was about $8,000 in purses. They had already been paid $24,000 in full. He didn't want me to tell the insurance company about it. I told them that I was having this issue with them. The insurance company told me about the process that they had for this kind of problem. He told my insurance company that he never had these items. I had the text message to show that he told me that he may or may not have had them and that he was going to look for them. My insurance company is going to take care of it. This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It lets me know that he doesn't have a quality assurance process in place to make sure that everyone's things are okay. I still have other people's things in my house. Instead of him coming to get them right away, he wants us to bring them to him. He has made no effort. He has put all of this back on me as if I am lying. He is a crook. All he wants to do is get paid. When we talk to him, he acts as if he is doing us a favor. We have to work around his schedule to talk to him. He is insane. I will never refer him to anyone else. The fact that he was so callused with my expensive items, lets me know that he has been getting away with this a lot. I questioned him about it. I wouldn't do what he asked me to do illegally. I had a terrible experience.
I have been trying to get in contact with the office in regard to mt missing garments and have not received a call back. It has been a very frustrating experience working with Evans Garment Restoration of Memphis.
Never used Evans Garment Restoration
They did a good job.
Poor communicators, I call three different times to three different departments and I did not recieve a call till the next week when I talked to the adjuster and he said he would have them get in touch with me, I received a call about 30 minutes later.
EGR kept us informed on what was going on concerning the items to be restored.
I am very happy with the work done.
