Andy and I talked about all aspects of the job and he said it would take 3 weeks for the project to be completed. He then put the order into the manufacturer but the elevator company delayed the order a couple more weeks, but that was not a big issue for us. Everything in the end worked out fine and we got a quality product delivered by quality service.

Andy and his company always tries to make sure that the designs he needs to get certified were always right by the line. I would have him help anyone else that I know, and I think others should inquire about him as well. He didn't build it overnight, it took sometime, and we all got along really well. He and his guys listened to what I had to say. That made a lot of difference.

He and his crew were always very concerned about the fact that they were in my house. They were very respectful of it, my possessions, and my time. They could have not been more pleasant to have in my house.
