All Renovation was selected with not much knowledge about the company or workmanship. We wanted a 20x22 foot addition added to our house with a 10x22 foot screened in porch. Construction Quality - The construction material was all of high quality. We were having remodeling done on our house out of scope for this project. The contractor performing that work had been renovating our house over the last two year and highly trusted. The remodeling contractor was also impressed with All Renovations quality and skills. This gave us great comfort in the quality of the project provided by All Renovations.

We had no knowledge of the company and took a chance. All Renovations is a very trustworthy company to deal with. They did a very good job building our addition and we are very happy with their workmanship and quality.

We had a very positive experience with this company. I have never dealt with a company that has been as promptly responsive as this one. Omar was accessible and so were his crew. We are thrilled with the home office/guest room that All Renovations just completed for us. They were the lowest of 3 quotes that we got and I know cheapest isn't always best, but they had just done the same project elsewhere in our neighborhood and were recommended. Once the permit was finally done they got started within the week and we're amazed at how quick it came together. The crew showed up when we were expecting them, were really pleasant, and always put in full days. The existing garage roof demo and plywood frame/new roof were done in 4 days! Estimator Omar, project manager Jim, and crew chief Tony were all great to work with, very responsive, and were able to address all of our questions and any minor issues that needed to be addressed. Start-to-finish it took 4 weeks and we can't wait to get furniture in and start using our new space!

We were so very impressed with All Renovations as a company and with the quality of their work. We live in an older home, and called them in to help with our basement, which was essentially uninhabitable. The work included remediating a bathroom and laundry room, among other things. They turned the space from a nightmare into a dream. Mir, our estimator, was knowledgeable, super responsive, and always patient with our questions. Adrian, our foreman, was exceptional. He was detail-oriented, quality-driven, and customer-focused, always with a view toward delivering a product that was done right, customized and to code. He was also a one-man crew, experienced in all areas of construction. Communication was always strong; both Mir and Adrian responded quickly to our e-mails and texts, and Adrian informed us continually of the work being done and planned next steps. The drywall and flooring teams were also great and did amazing work. The drywall team did backbreaking work, in particular in the laundry room, which demanded a lot of time, care, and attention to place and safely secure drywall around all of the water and gas lines in the ceiling. The flooring crew worked quickly to lay the new flooring, completing the job in a single day, while also taking care to score the planks in the right places so that we would still have access to the sump pumps when needed; they also refinished the stairs to the main floor, making them look better than they did when they were new. The basement looks awesome. We are so very grateful to Adrian, Mir, and the entire All Renovations team for their help with our project, and look forward to working with them again in the future.

All Renovations was hired to remodel my basement in the Spring of 2022. This job required a gut and rebuild of the pre-existing structure; completely tearing down the basement to the bare concrete floor and walls before reframing, rewiring and building. Leveraging his expertise and effective communication skills, Ainea walked us through the various stages of construction to help us make decisions for the final layout. He continuously made suggestions and worked with us to tweak our original design, which ultimately provided more functionality to the living space.

Ainea and his crew completed the project in an efficient manner and completed the project ahead of schedule. Throughout the process, he and his crew addressed any concerns and questions we raised. They handled themselves in a professional manner, treating my house and family with respect.

I am very satisfied with the quality and value of All Renovations. I was nervous about selecting a low price proposal as friends and neighbors said to go with a middle ground. I am glad for choosing All Renovations as I could not see any additional value for the work by paying nearly double to a different contractor. They were excellent and I would give them more stars if I could.

Tony and the team arrived promptly at 9am every day, and sometimes before and worked hard all day staying till 7pm for the first couple of days while demo and drywall was being replaced. The cost of the project was also very economical compared to other estimates. This was also based on the fact that All Renovations handles the labor and construction materials, while the customer handles the tiles, fixtures, tub, toilet, and other replacement materials. That way the customer doesn't pay extra by having the company purchase, and helps control cost.

I recently hired All Renovations to complete a whole basement renovation (demolition, all new electrical and framing; adding a wet bar, laundry space, and full bathroom). Omar, Jim, Tony, and the rest of the team were professional and responsive at every stage of the process. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and addressed any concerns that came up throughout the project with flexibility and a commitment to high quality work. Having received multiple project quotes from different companies, All Renovations provided a competitive price point and stayed within my budget. This is the 2nd time we've used All Renovations for a home project to replace the hardwoods on our 2nd floor. In the time of COVID many companies tried to gouge us on pricing or did not even show up to give estimates. Omar was very easy to talk to and describe what we needed and wanted. He gave us an estimate which was much more reasonable and has been very responsive along the way. Any questions we have are answered in a timely manner, and our project manager Jim has been very helpful as well.
