Excellent, professional company.

The roof itself is great and the workers did a great job. Clean up wasn't so good, I had to borrow a rolling magnet to clean up about 100 nails. A gutter was installed that I didn't want due to communication breakdowns and landscape lighting was broken. On a positive note they did take the extra gutter off of my bill (but one I will have trouble cleaning and why I didn't want it) and they also took the cost of lights and install off but now I have to get them fixed. Dumpster was there a long time in street in front of house.

Affordable, professional work.

Their price was competitive, but I felt I would get a bit more for my buck with G. Fedale, so I picked them. I am very pleased that I did. The whole team was like a well-oiled machine. They showed up on time and got set up and started with removal of the old roof. All of the materials, dumpster, etc. came shortly after. They found an issue with some of the structure around the roof, and fixed it without issue at a more than reasonable cost. They easily got the job done in one day. Afterward, each member of the team went around the house with a big magnet thing cleaning up nails and debris. At the end, Rob Orwig (project manager) came to my house for the final inspection. He spent an hour or so replacing a shingle, on the back of the house, that had a smear of tar on it. It was minor, cosmetic, and inconspicuous, but he took the time, at the end of a long day, to fix it. All in all it was as pleasant of an experience as one can have with a project of this scale.

If asked, I would highly recommend G. Fedale.

From the very beginning when I met Mike, the salesperson, he was very thorough and friendly. Right up to the time we signed the paperwork, he was prompt and there when he said he was going to be. When they did the work, the project manager, Rob, and the crew were friendly. I used to do this kind of work and they were good at what they did.

I would recommend G. Fedale Roofing to everyone. All of the workers were friendly, respectful and kind. Office personnel were helpful and very prompt in answering my questions. The Project Manager was on the job every day, overseeing the work and explaining the different aspects of the project and answering my questions. The roofers and all the other workers did a wonderful job, working diligently, and were respectful of my property. The finished product is perfect.

My overall experience was very good. I wouldn’t quite give it five stars, as I found the communication from the various team members to be infrequent, scattered, and not always consistent. The work done was exactly what we had asked for. There were no hidden fees. Overall, very satisfied, but communication could be improved.
