We are very, very happy with the workmanship, timeframe involved, courtesy of the staff, and the professionalism. We especially love our new shower!
I was in the hospital when this was going on. My husband was the one home and he said everything went as planned, he was very happy
The project was supposed to be one-day and ended up being two months.
They did an excellent job.
Not sure I like the way the master shower floor pan turned out for the money could have been better
The company was prompt and professional. They were well-trained and knowledgeable in the areas of plumbing and remodeling.
Their were a few issues but they were addressed and I live my new walk in shower
It was fast. I contacted on line, they called me, next day they came, explaining everything. Now we have a walk in shower. It was so important for my wife after brain surgery.
The workers somehow punched nailheads through the wall in my living room even though they were two rooms away in my bedroom. A repair man came and fixed the wall, I showed him how one of the shower doors was opening about three inches by itself. He checked to see if the doors were level and said they were. He also saw the door opening by itself and would tell someone in charge, because he did not know how to fix the door. I have not heard from them since. The door is still opening up! That is why I would not recommend them to anyone!
Weather was cold and snowing but workers muddled through making many trips down the stairs back and forth to their van carrying debris out and materials in. HARD WORKERS
I highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Baths to all my friends. My bathroom upgrade makes me smile every time I walk in
Shower took over a week and 4 trips to install. Faucet...Delta...still is installed backwards to make it work. Cannot get cold water at all. This is what they had to do to get it done and be "USEABLE ". Communication was terrible. Didn't communicate as promised within stated timeframes. All I have is hot water or extremely hot water. I think that I have been substantially been ripped off by this ill managed and unresponsive company. They were sometimes disrespectful and sometimes made me feel like I was asking for too much when I only wanted a functional shower.
The people who showed up did a great job and got it done as quickly as possible, but corners were cut because they were moving too fast. There was no attempt to communicate with me or negotiate to compensate me for the sliding door and drywall. They did a bad job of communicating with me. They felt insulted because I brought materials on my own and suggested a rebate.
They were great, but they told me the interest rate was going to be lower after I signed. Then, they told me it was going to be a percent lower. I signed it, and it was 8.9%. It was then good for 7.9% after the fact, which was good. But I had five days to cancel, and they did that to deceive me. They made it seem I was getting a better deal than what I was. They offered a lower 7.9% to seem better.
the team was polite and very friendly
We dealt with LONG HOMES/ Long Baths, who should get 5 stars.
My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of work performed, the quality of materials used as well as the quality of customer service received. Our roof not only looks beautiful, but we have confidence in it's endurance and trust in it's warranty. Long Home is a long standing reputable company that we trust will still be around to honor it's warranty if ever a situation should arise. This is very important to us. We chose to pay the higher price for quality up front in order to have the peace of not worrying about paying more in the end for less.
They had excellent service and good quality product. I had a good experience.
Their communication as a whole is unacceptable.
Long Home provided exceptional work that was done on time.
I had several issues that took nearly a month and a half to be addressed
The timeline I was quoted to finish was 1-2 weeks. It took well over 5 weeks. Plumbers were sub-par. Cost was way too high. They took advantage of the elderly.
The two (2) team that worked the job were quite knowledgeable and worked hard to complete the job.
After gettingthe work done, I have been requesting someone to come check my locks and that has not been done. Which makes me feel that now that my doors have been installed, Im not as important as the beginning.
I think the initial pricing was too high, however if the communication to read the contract carefully and if you were given time to do that I would consider recommending it. You shouldn’t have to sign on the spot.
