I was pressured constantly by Brian and I signed a contract under duress for an outrageous price and is a total ripoff to me.
I asked Brian and Jeff to leave twice. I signed a contract that I did not want to sign.
they charged me over $17,000.00 dollars for a walk in shower. I would say they charged me double what the job should cost.
they are ripping me off..
And on top of that the work done is shoddy and has to be done over.
NEWPRO was on time and efficient, and everything looks wonderful.
My technician was friendly and skilled. My house went from something I was embarrassed about to something I am proud to own.
I let others make their own decisions & don’t give recommendations
In retrospect, the sales process seemed somewhat high pressure. After discussing with friends who had similar remodels done, the price seemed high, especially since the bathroom wasn’t completely renovated. We had wanted the walls done too. The lead time for parts and the install was long. The install took multiple days and a piece was missed. We installed the ceiling light on our own and the price wasn’t discounted.
I was pleased with the quality of work I received. The installers were mindful of my property and got the job done very well.
I would not recommend New Pro for anything to anyone.
I have not used my new shower yet so I cannot fully approve you. Where the shower was has not been used also. I have shelving to put in the area where the shower was and would appreciate your help with this as I am a senior citizen and would like some further help if it is available.
curtious professional and answer questions
I hate to sound overly excited about the kitchen renovation project Alure did for me, but it is exactly the high level of satisfaction I feel. Over very many years involving 3 homes, I have had 4 major home renovations including kitchens, so I have the homeowner experience of living with construction disruption to compare to. Alure far exceeded my expectations in various aspects: Professionalism, knowledge, time management, courtesy, cleanliness, care for my home and applied skills.
First, I have to praise Rich Reese, the designer, who came to my house carting all the heavy samples of tiles, cabinets and quartz countertop. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, having spent almost 3 hours with me and later sending me the designs. I want to praise the demolition team ( Ryan and Louis) who had the nasty and labor intensive work of moving appliances and removing / carting out all the existing cabinets, backsplash and whatever else from the walls. They taped plastic in openings to other parts of my house, covered the floors with drop cloths and cleaned up before they left for the day. I want to recognize the beautiful quartz countertop fabrication with quick turnaround and so perfectly set in. A big thank you to project installation teams ( Arthur, Mike, Wilson, Izzy and David) who did all the aspects of cabinet and trim installation and tilework under the watchful eyes of Kaz, an amazingly talented, hands-on renovation specialist who can do just about anything and everything and who also handled large appliance disconnections and connections. Finally, I want to recognize Tim Harte, the project manager, who committed to come over every day (and really did) to make sure everything was progressing smoothly and within Alure standards, and who was quick to respond to each of my texts and phone calls. The entire project was completed in under 3 weeks, counting downtime of 4 days for fabrication and delivery of the countertop.
Well done!
They did a great job with the doors
The three-man team worked from 8AM to 6PM, packed up and left, and did everything magnificently. They did not even stop for lunch. The NEWPRO team was unbelievably good; the job is beautiful.
I had a situation with Damien, the person who came and installed my new shower. He was here for two days. The job was to be completed in one day. It turned out to be two days because of my concrete floor. I had my purse out while he was here. I found I was missing $300 from my purse. I am afraid to file a police report because this person knows where I live. He has a side business and actually left his card for any work I wanted done outside of NEWPRO while there was $300 missing from my purse.
Very, very happy with my windows and my door, but the door does not close and cannot be open, so Rod is supposed to come over this weekend. Possibly today is Saturday and see if we can fix it.
I gave a lead to my salesman for one of the neighbors who inquired about windows
Workmen were very respectful of my home
aSalesman visited in June. We agreed to have the work done. #1we were told they would start work last week of July. We weren't happy with that but agreed to it. I called for an update on July 28 and was told eta would be late August. Not happy at all as I already paid 1/3. Then I was told there was an issue with the vanity. New eta 9/29.. Now I'm a very pissed off customer. They came on 9/29 worked on it for 3 days and was told someone will be back to finish..to this day it's 90% complete. BUT NOT COMPLETE!!! My mistake is that I paid the balance of the job. I regret that. Maybe if you were waiting for the second payment it would be done with.Newpro will not get a referral from me or anyone I talk to. ...Regards, Disgruntled Customer, William Dillon
Awesome service
Fast quality installation, superior materials, quality installers.
We found all the personnel and workers friendly, professional and good at what they do.
I was satisfied and I think that them being more upfront about additional price increases due to situations beyond their initial price quote were good, but they might be able to do a little bit better giving a heads up with a possible price increase.
Quality of the windows are outstanding, installation issues however.
They were professional and on time. The work was done well. They cleaned up after themselves. There was no extra charge.
They always do an excellent job and they stand by their work!
Finish the last outstanding paint item.
