What I have said at the end of this evaluation, I will also say at the beginning. This operation was concluded without a hitch. Everything went smoothly. .y husband and I both felt it was a very slick operation. We were very impressed with Newpro. We would not hesitate to recommend Newpro.

They are expensive for the job they do.

Alure explained the job upfront and future appointments before starting the job. The bathroom was completed earlier than expected and clean up was performed every night . The bathroom was a complete renovation and came out beautiful.

Other windows as recent as 10 years old were falling apart. In fact windows that I bought 18 months ago are showing poor installation.

Great installation process- went like clockwork.

i had a bad experience throughout the whole process..........John my original salesman although he was very personable he was quite inexperienced....he said he measured the job on our first meeting then when the job was suppose to be done called me to remeasure ?????then when the job was suppose to start got a call that the pllumber quit....that held things up quite a bit.....in fact 2 plumbers quit.....then the job that was according to all your advertising was suppose to take 1 day (tub to shower conversion) well the first day they gutted the bathroom and left when i asked if they were coming back they said the CIty of WHite Plains inspector has to look at the job first and left me with a gutted bathroom ....we had below freezing weather during that time since i was down to concrete block...even with the door closed I could not get my apartment warm......so the next day I took it upon myself to call the City of White Plains plumber and begged him to come ASAP........I am an 80 year old woman with STAGE 4 BREAST CANCER and i was nervous about showring with climbing over a bath tub...well the plumber was very cooperative and the men were able to complete the job in 2 days.....then they forgot to put in the niche had to wait 2 days for that to be installed...then the first time I used the shower the shower head came out very slowly with hardly any power when i questioned that I was told that was what i signed up for UNBELIEVABLE.....i got a Mickey Mouse shower head for $17,000.00 ...so i had to call in a plumber to put in a REAL shower head...AT MY EXPENSE.........also had to get a painter here to finish the ceiling that they never completed............the whole thing was A NIGHTMARE...

The products we selected are top notch and look excellent. Ken (the installer) was very professional and courteous.

I would absolutely recommend Newpro to anyone looking for windows. Our salesman Nick promised us we would be happy and he and the crew lived up to the companies promises and more! He measured the windows and a second crew member came another day to measure twice! The windows came in as ordered and everything fit perfectly. When the crew arrived they protected floors, covered things and went to work. I was shocked it went so well! It was clear that Rod and the crew we professionals and certainly knew what they were doing!
They even cleaned after they were finished!! So yes I would recommend this company called Newpro!!

I was never told anything by the salesperson about doing the order, that they redo the entire bathroom. I thought they just did the showers or tub. There were a lot of mistakes on my order. It took them a long time to get here. The salesperson made a mistake; I wanted a tub and shower in the main bathroom, but he sent a shower stall with a glass door. The local team had to go to Home Depot to get a tub. The walls were not what I ordered. They put clear caulk on the walls and not up to the ceiling, which is going to be a problem. The shower in the master bathroom came out fine, but he sent a shower door for the tub part but got the door wrong, chrome instead of matte black. The last day they were here, the guy asked why they weren't doing the entire bathroom. The salesperson showed up late at night, and this has been nothing but a nightmare. I now have another crew in doing the job, which is costing me more money. They left the chrome shower here in a box in my hallway. They have to come back and fix the walls in the main bathroom. This was a nightmare. I took off on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The crew manager was trying to find out what parts went with which bathroom; nothing was marked. The matte black was the shower door in the master bathroom. Last week they sent a shower door here and delivered it to my neighbors, and then they had to come put that in. Now I have a loan for $40,000, which makes me angry. If I had known, I could have done the whole bathroom; I would have done that. Now I have a new crew putting in cabinets, flooring, and light fixtures. I did not want tile with grout because I have a modular home. They caulked the ceiling to the walls. The master had the worst mold. My house is 40 years old, and everything was a mess.

They were great. The installers were friendly, attentive, and cleaned up after themselves.

They are too expensive.

They did everything well. I like it and will tell my friends.

No I am not. The schedules were unpredictable. We had a crew that spoke no english so even though the foreman said he was going to be here everyday he was not, this led to problems with power for them and their ability to leave the property every day. We had to prompt the clean up of nails and debris to protect our dogs on a daily basis. The gutter were not sealed to the house and did not catch all the rain, from the from t and back.

wrong window delivered / not sent ahead like it was supposed to be I would have caught the mistake. was brought the day of instalation. after the old one was already removed .

They were timely and respectful. They were good!

Designer,Enver, was helpful in answering my questions and showing me available choices.
