After a bathroom flood ruined the floor and downstairs ceiling, ServiceMaster came out quickly and assessed the situation. They quickly installed fans and dehumidifiers and within days had the areas dried out. They worked with our home insurance and made the process easy. Everyone was professional and extremely polite, cleaning up quickly and making sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend them for mitigation services.

It did take longer than I thought it would, but the workmanship was good! The house is a summer home that we don't use during the winter, so it was okay that it took longer! If it was a home I was living in, I would have thought it was an excessive amount of time, but they knew I didn't live in it. They made have done it faster if they knew I was living there, but I don't.
