I think this company cares about their customers as well as their own team. They obviously care about hiring the correct people to get the job done right, in a profesional way and creating a positive environment for all (customers & employees)

The whole process was great beginning with the sales visit, through contact and updates while waiting for materials to scheduling. The install team led by Albert was OUTSTANDING. He gave us a great walkthrough and demonstration once they were complete. Joshua also stopped by later and gave us another one.

We replaced all the windows in our house. From the minute Frank, our sales guy, visited for the initial estimate, I was comfortable with the company. I felt the price was fair, including discounts for cash, veteran, and window replacement options. He explained everything clearly with a friendly, "kitchen table" manner. The windows were ordered and about 6 weeks later we scheduled the install. Kyle expertly guided his team and the work was completed in ONE day! Greg did the window removal and replacement and Martin consulted on some structural work which was expertly completed by Pablo. At the end of the day, everything was finished and cleaned up. One latch was too tight and required a minor adjustment and one screen needed to be repaired which Horacio completed the following day. I was dreading the drama of this replacement but the folks at Southwest Exteriors made it reasonable, painless, affordable, and they did it with smiles and a can-do attitude. We couldn't be happier with the result. Thanks to everyone (including Lindsi in the office).

If everything and everyone would be clear I would say that but it’s not. I literally compare Southwest Exteriors to every other company I do business with. If another company does not treat me with the exceptional customer service that Southwest Exteriors exhibits I will seriously consider not using them.

I worked with Dwayne who was super professional and knowledgeable about the windows I purchased and responded quickly in emails with quotes, images, warranties and installation procedures.

Great windows, expert installation and great follow up!

My home looks fabulous! I am so pleased with all the work on my home. And, I have a beautiful new door that is absolutely gorgeous and updates the whole house. The workers were on time, communicated clearly, and did outstanding work. Some of the repairs to the soffits and siding were a bit complicated, but they figured it all out and it turned out so well.
