Design Consultant - We did not come in with a big budget and when that happens it is easy to feel "less than" as a prospect or client. I never felt that way. Brian and his team are just so easy to work with and enjoyable to have around. Early in the project we discussed what we wanted, did not want and all of that was beautifully achieved.

Employees Professionalism - I love how when the workers would knock to come in for the day they would say "Dave Fox!" when they entered. It might be small to Dave Fox but it was really big to me. Additionally, the people hired by Dave Fox were wonderful. They all had only great things to say about how much they liked working with the company. I always felt safe with the workers there. They were so wonderful. This one thing, however, is very important to me and I told others often. Usually people hire "a guy" who can do the project. We knew that is not what we wanted but more than that, we told people that yeah, we didn't get "a guy." When the electric work needed to be done, they brought in their electrician, same with floors and so on. These are the artisans and the real craftspeople who know what they are doing so that we get professionals. That really meant alot to us.

Overall Experience - I've been pretty detailed here but we absolutely loved working with the entire team. We've done many home renovation projects over the years and in all kinds of ways. We also worked at one point with (Elite). All were good enough but no one provided us with the level of service and project oversight like Dave Fox did. Really in all ways Dave Fox is unmatched. It's evident that the team views every detail, ever project (even my little one) as a reflection on the company.

I have already recommended Dave Fox to anyone who asks about our home or looking for a home remodeler. Dave Fox did a wonderful job remodeling our home. From the first meeting to the final walk through you can expect a professional team that is neat, clean and willing to please. Even when there were concerns or problems things were taken care of in a timely fashion to our satisfaction. Communication was constant and really exceeded my expectation.

Everyone was very easy to work with and professional. We made a few decisions and then you took it from there so we didn't have to worry about things every day. The expectations were clear every week so we knew what was scheduled to happen and when.

I have recently done construction projects on my other properties and I thought this one took too long and the costs were inflated.

Initial plans that prompted us to sign with Dave Fox did not materialize. Our stone work on the front of the house desperately needed replacement and we thought DF found us a good deal. They did not and we were left to find our own source which delayed completion by months!
