Areas Of Satisfaction - The staff is friendly and professional. They were easy to work with and I love my new home. The details that came as a standard are far above what other builders in my area offer. Also working with the designer in the design studio was so enjoyable. This is a stressful process but Becca was confident and so helpful in assisting us. I was very pleased with her.

Additional Comments - Jerry and Marcy have also been wonderful to work with. My prior buildibg experience was so different, Konter homes really takes the time to connect with customers and make there wants and needs important. Great company. I would build with them again.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The price, the quality of the home, and the communication. Konter homes are very competitive with their price per square foot compared with other local builders. We are very pleased with the quality of materials used and the workmanship that went into the house. The few times there was an issue, it was the builder bringing it to our attention for an immediate resolution. Never any surprises with the company.

Areas For Improvement - None. I have never had a house built before but my husband did and it was much bigger than the one that we built. He said that he had way fewer issues with this build than his previous he is very happy with the company and this home.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Upon purchasing our first home, I was interested in new construction. I had done a lot of searching online and visited different companies in the area. I'm not sure if it was because the competitors in the area all had established neighborhoods and were not desperate for our business, but the customer service was lacking. I received the feeling of indifference. It did not matter to them whether I chose to build with them or not. The day I had my appointment with Konter Quality Homes, I was blown away by the level of customer service I received in comparison to their competitors. Mark Konter was very professional and took the time to sit with us and welcome us to Savannah, He explain the area, the neighborhood, the history of the company etc etc. Konter Homes was also able to build the home faster and offer a better price than any other builder in the area. I also appreciated that Konter Homes presented the choice of individual upgrades, rather than a packaged upgrade selection.

Professional & Organized - We bought our house from Hawaii. I'm active duty military, and we were able to organize the whole thing via emails and phone calls. My wife flew to Savannah for one weekend to see the house and that was it. It was very well done.
