I would recommend Power for any work you need to have done. They were professional, quick, and very meticulous about keeping things clean and tidy. It's never fun to have to spend money on home projects, but they made it easy. And my house looks great!
Fantastic crew all the way around. Great work!
Power Home Remodeling is the best company for windows, The French Doors are fantastic.
Lenny took so much time with me from the very beginning explaining everything to me that very first night. He was so patient and helpful and answered all my questions. He really made me feel comfortable with the process of each of the projects in my house. I feel like he went above and beyond to do the best he could to meet my needs.
The originial installation of the first 11 windows two years ago went very well. The company contacted us recently with a discount so we had four more windows replaced. They did a great job with the installation.
Great quality of work and follow up on customer satisfaction
The work was done well. Only time will tell but from others in the industry, we heard the workmanship is done very well. The cost is a bit higher than some estimates but no estimates were done as thoroughly as our initial visit. Communication was great with timely responses regarding planning and execution along with any questions along the way. The financing opportunity made this possible for us and no money upfront is great. It may be a higher cost than some other companies but lifetime warranty, good workmanship, great communication and the financing opportunity made it worth it in the end. Assuming no issues in the future and the warranty is stood behind, I sleep well knowing the exterior of my house was done right and shouldn't be an issue for me.
The company is definitely not focused on customer satisfaction, nor are they focused on doing a proper job. I'm tired of leaving reviews for this company. I have left one on their GPB with no response and I left another with BBB again without a response. Lesson learned: spend more money for a job done right the first time.
- Roofing products were first class! Installation appeared to be first class, as well!
- Job was quoted as 1 day installation. Neighbor's installation was one day with a crew of about 25. Our installation took 2+ full days with crew of about 9 day one and crew of seven on day 2, several initial members were moved to another job early in the day. Day two ended at 8:30 PM, after dark.
We were expecting company to arrive before lunch on day 3, so this was cutting time very close.
- Job Manager was briefly on property on day one, but didn't bother to introduce himself. I am retired and was outside during his entire visit.
The entire process was seamless. Everyone we dealt with, was professional and knowledgeable.
I have already referred you to a neighbor down the street. I did point out that the roofing team was exceptional but that the gutters and soffit team needed closer supervision.
I was impressed with the representatives and workers of Power Home Remodeling. Jimmy came to my home to explain and demonstrated their product, windows. He was very knowledgably in answering my questions. And went above and beyond by looking up residents in my addition, so that we could go by and see for myself how the windows looked. We even talked with several residents about their windows and how they felt about them.
The guy, I believe Austin, came out to measure for the windows was very helpful in making sure that i was ok with the decisions I had made with what I wanted, I was very thankful he talked with me about my chose in my breakfast area and I made a changed. After seeing it installed, I was so glad for his suggestion.
The guys that installed the windows were excellent. Jose and his crew worked hard and steady all day to complete the job. They prepared each room with drop clothes, covering the furniture and putting down runners over the flooring. I was so glad that they helped put the mini blinds back up at the end of the day.
There were several things I was told that didn't happened or different.
* I was told that they would take one window out at a time, that didn't happen. After talking to Jose about it, I realized that was next to impossible. Several removed windows in one room, while another was putting the new window in and then started another room.
* I was told the windows could with stand winds up to 130 mph, but later told 120mph.
* I am concerned about how much heat the windows prevent from passing through. The demonstration was very impressive. But the weeks after the windows were installed I was concerned if it was true. We have had temperatures in triple digits. My AC is set on 77 and the thermostat is showing 80/81. I do have an old AC unit, 21 years. So that could be part of the problem.
I am hoping a I made the right decision about replacing my windows. And that my electric bills will over that next years will prove I did make the right decision. I am very pleased with the way the windows look. Very nice!!!
Mr Tucker White and his crew were are very professional the crew did a wonderful job on the roof and they stand by their word.
Mr White, has been very patient explaining concerns I had after the roof project was completed.
The whole Power Home Remodeling group that was assigned to help me were Amazing.
I am scheduled to get some windows done in early September and I am excited about that.
Thank you, Asia, Julia and Mr White👍
Will highly recommend PHR as the products offered are great quality and install was timely.
We are very happy with the service. Everything is working perfectly. We are happy with Power Home Remodeling.
Power was consistent and followed through on their commitments. It was very easy to contact Power if I had a question or an issue and I was always able to speak with a real person by phone. Their customer service was top notch as was their professionalism.
I am satisfied with the work Power Home Remodeling did.
I like the work and the quality but we felt backed into a corner with their sales process and the work crew could have communicated better when it came to changes for the installation.
They were very through with their measurements, evaluation of what was needed and attention to detail.
Quick to get scheduled, decent variety for our roofing project, seemed knowledgeable and products appear high end.
On July 25th, 2024, we engaged with Asmir Tahirovic, who provided a quotation for 27 windows and a basement door for our residence. Initially, the quoted price was $33,975 for the windows and an additional $4,000 for the door.
Upon expressing that this exceeded our budget, Asmir offered concessions, reducing the window price to $29,888, contingent upon signing the contract that day. We indicated our inability to commence the project immediately but proposed a start date in November. Asmir assured us that if we initiated the door project, Power would honor the $29,888 window price for one year. This proposal was agreeable, and we proceeded to sign the paperwork for the door.
Up to this point, the experience was positive. Asmir did not exhibit the traits of a pushy salesperson and made us feel valued. My wife was particularly enthusiastic after his visit.
The following day, a representative arrived to recheck the door dimensions. Although I do not recall his name, he was very attentive and explained each step of the process thoroughly. Everything was proceeding perfectly.
The door was installed on August 16th, a week ahead of the scheduled installation date, which was impressive.
However, the situation took a turn on August 17th when Jared Melendez visited to review the installation and discuss the window project. Upon presenting Asmir's estimate, Jared noted discrepancies, stating, "That is not what I have in the system." He contacted his supervisor, who revealed that the quoted price was incorrect due to unauthorized concessions made by Asmir, such as removing commissions from other personnel.
Consequently, our revised price was nearly $10,000 higher than anticipated.
We hope you understand our frustration. We were assured that initiating part of the project would secure the price for the entire project, only to be informed later that this was not the case. We are left wondering what would have transpired had we signed for the windows on the day of Asmir's visit.
In summary, the experience felt like a bait and switch.
Quality products and great installation experience
The first thing I showed the salesman was a leak in the Florida room roof that I wanted fixed. It still leaks after replacing the roof on the rest of the house.
My husband and I are very satisfied with the work we got from Power Home Remodeling. When they installed the windows, doors and solar panels they were very clean and polite with their job.
Had front door and sliding back door replaced. Neither frame was square, and the installers did a masterful job of installing the new doors with a tight fit even though it required extra work. The radiant barrier made the temperature upstairs the same as downstairs- it had always been hotter in summer and colder in winter.
