More timely initiation of project.

Everything was great except that it was a little bit later than our timeline in the beginning. Everything else was great. The workers did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. Everything was good.

Butiful finished product.

There were many issues, delays, changing of crews and project lead, not to mention me constantly having to chase people down. This was a huge drain of my time and a big anxiety for me all summer. More details in all my notes below.

Didn't get as good of a response from my salesperson as I'd hoped. Some of the nuances of the project had to be changed or didn't work out as I'd hoped, and looking back, I would have expected the salesperson or the project manager to identify these things ahead of time.

I would recommend but also note that the cost will be much higher. The value for money is really in the warranty, so hopefully System Pavers keeps a good reputation in terms of resolving warranty related claims.
