It's a really good service, but it's pricey, so it may not be for everyone if people are considering a project but they're on a budget.

Isaiah was delightful at coming to my door to introduce System Pavers and telling me to give the sales person the $250 discount. Kirk was excellent and personable, which I really look in customer service, for in his explanation and giving me plenty of time to think about it. The payment system made sense and went smoothly until the end. Andrew got on the phone and got it corrected. As a widow I felt taken care of.

Using System Pavers for my front walkway, porch and backyard patio was one of the easiest remodel projects I did. The designer was knowledgeable and the installation crew was professional. They exceeded my expectations and left my house with the most beautiful enhancements! I would definitely recommend System Pavers to my family and friends!

I would tell acquaintances that systems pavers do great installation and has some really cool designs, but they are expensive and their post construction customer service after you pay the last bill sucks. You almost have to visit the office to get a service rep on the line, then when you do there are no answers just a promise to have construction manager call back that never comes. I logged seven calls to one returned call and the resolutions for calls where I did talk to the construction manager was very unenthusiastic and slow to respond. The first time the pump on my water feature quit working, about 7 months into the build completion it took almost a year to get replaced.

System Pavers started on time, work 6 days a week and 8-10 hrs each day. never any problems and when I had a change order they were more than happy tro work with us.

Cannot say enough about the team; from the scheduler of the initial appointment, design consultant who had a trainee; project manager to the installation crew. My husband was impressed with the way Stephen and Morgan discussed the design. They both really listened and created a design beyond our expectations. Project manager’s expertise was also on display. His suggestions such as using black slate rocks around the design was priceless. The installation’s lead person and team craftsmanship and their attention to details was amazing. They were polite, professional and efficient. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Absolutely! Very happy with the entire project. I would highly recommend Pavers in the future and plan to use them again.

They worked hard and fast. And did quality work. Friendly workers. Even though it was over a hundred degrees they kept working. I made sure they had water and wet handkerchiefs to keep cool. They were done within four days.

I would love it if an English fluent employee were present at all times. The cost is prohibitive to many folks, so I might recommend folks have a small, neccessary project performed if their budget is limited (as is, of my friends and family.)

They were really thorough in explaining what they were doing, and they did an awesome job.

The work that they did was actually beautiful. They made one mistake laying pavers, which they corrected, but the pavers were flat, the grade was good, and slopped towards the drain. They did some custom cutting for an irrigation box and a hose bib and all of the cuts are beautiful.
I have no problem with the work. It was the prep and the cleanup. During the prep, while they were leveling the spot and grading the spot that the pavers went, and it was about a 12 by 18 foot spot. They threw into a gravel bed. And the gravel bed was 1 inch gravel, it was 2 inches deep and there is an inch of dirt in there that I had to spend a week cleaning out; I had to sieve all the dirt out of the gravel.
During the project, they used a blower and blew poly sand dust all over the gravel, retaining wall, plants, patio, air conditioner, window frames, and the side of the building.
They also filled my irrigation box with dirt. They were responsive and did come back, but the one guy they sent out to clean out the box, cleaned the wires out too. When I looked in the box, it was only half cleaned out, the wires were disconnected, and my irrigation system didn't work.
The work itself was beautiful and I am so happy with it. It is the prep and the cleanup with different guys who did the actual work that is night and day, so I really can't recommend them.

I had several challenges with the project, though I have already recommended you to my next door neighbor.
