Very poor communications from all levels of the organization. They were unresponsive to numerous inquiries as the start date continued to extend. Materials were delivered to the job site without the project manager being aware of the delivery. How does that happen? I am pleased with the outcome of the project, but that’s more to the subcontractor’s performance than System Pavers’ performance. On the final walkthrough a small change was requested and agreed to. It’s been 2 months and it still hasn’t been done and we’re back into the black hole of their non-communication

It was 5 stars, but a port-a-potty was ordered twice to my house by accident. The first time, wasn’t bad because it came the day after the work was finished. However, weeks after the job was done, another one was ordered to my house. I had to have it sitting in the front of my house for 3 days over the weekend.

We are very happy with our project. It was definitely not the most inexpensive but our paver patio looks beautiful. The turf looks good but the turf itself a two lines that are lighter in color.

Professionalism, scheduling, and quality of the work. All excellent.

System Pavers made a more creative walkway than I had originally planned. It was better than I had hoped for.

Everything went as planned from start to finish. This was especially important because during the installment my husband had an accident and ended up in the hospital. Everything that they said would happen did at the time it was supposed to. I never once had to step away from my husband to take care of any issues. My husband apologized for not being there to handle things-there was nothing to handle.

Do not hire subcontractors who don't speak English unless you have project manager fluent in the language of subcontractors. Provide subcontractors with written plan that they can demonstrate possession of when on the job to give home owner assurance that communications have taken place and that work will be done precisely as planned. That was not the case on my project. Corrections were made as the project went along and also after the project was completed so I am now satisfied with the project. I appreciate that project manager (Ron?) came by at least once per day, sometimes more, and again after completion of project. He was very personable and eager to exceed my expectations. I'm not sure if language barrier on the job was the problem or if the communications between what was planned by designer and I and what was conceived by actual workers was the issue from the start. Workers did not seem to have same detailed plan that designer (Alieya?) and I had spent hours on. Or maybe just unprecise work on part of subcontractors? All worked out OK in the end, and I like my patio very much. For 5 stars, the drain would have to be moved back about 5" because where it was placed forced me to lose 5" of usable space on a very small area. Also the "random" pattern of pavers is noticeably more "random" due to re-do at end of project. Noone will note that but me, but I am the one writing this review..

After i took a better look at the job. there were pavers without polymeric sand, one of the sidewalks has a dip so when it rained there was a pool of water, and the other sidewalk goes up and ends like a ski ramp and is 3 inches higher that the excisting concrete.

The overall product is beautiful. However,they weren't truthful about about the hidden costs. We were sold that unless they found a hidden buried car in our backyard that the costs would not change. The sales pitch was not truthful. We were charged an add $7k for a drain fix but then told we were getting a deal as they dropped it to $1300 instead. The cost for a change order of $7k for a drain is highway robbery! Don't over sell and tell people that all the costs are included unless something so significant is found. People depend on the truth up front when making decisions. Surprising people with major change orders is not acceptable. Your people did amazing work but being honest is a significant factor for people being satisfied. Don't over promise and under deliver. I work for one of the largest Property management companies in Colorado, so my opinion can matter as I can get the ears of the decision makers. Never know who a small client can actually make their voice heard and hurt the reputation of what companies can be used outside of a small project. I would never recommend System Pavers due to the sales agent overselling what the final cost would be to our one time small project. Telling us that no charge orders would exist and then surprising us is not honest business.

I liked that all my questions were answered and staff were very professional . McClane Sjolund, Leonardo and Javier Rodriguez were all helpful in their part of the job. Each part was explained to me in great detail. I appreciated that.

Incredibly good at what they do!,

We had an amazing experience with System Pavers transforming our backyard! We replaced our old grass with a beautiful combination of pavers and turf, and the results are stunning. Huge thanks to Anthony for the initial design consultation and creating the perfect layout, and to Joe for overseeing the construction seamlessly. Highly recommend this team!

I signed my contract on July 6, 2026. I didn't hear from a project manager until July 28 — 22 days later. As of August 17, more than six weeks in, I still had no start date and the revised pricing still wasn't showing in the client portal. Every update I got came only after I chased it down myself.

The bigger issue was scope. The edging was never presented to me as a line item with a price, and I didn't find out it was excluded until the last day of installation. When I did find out, I asked the project manager what it would cost to add it. I never got a number. What I got was that his subcontractor would probably be cheaper than System Pavers and that he'd talk to my designer and get back to me. No quote, no price range, nothing added to the portal. A few days later the company put in writing that I had demanded free work — after I had asked them for a price and they didn't give me one.

Poor communication, customer service and quality of installation

We went through a few iterations of the design before and during the project. The crews worked diligently every day for a week and a half to get the job completed to our satisfaction and a little earlier than we expected. The final product was better than we had hoped for. We are extremely happy with the results.

Better communication with us in design phase and when our design consult was no longer employed with System Pavers.

The timing to do our patio was all wrong It changed weekly. When they started at early morning it woke me up daily! They did get the old patio out.
