Only one possible issue that may arise. We have gophers that infiltrate my yard many of which are probably under the Putting green. Hoping they don’t become a problem and would liked to have some input or acknowledgment about prevention before the Green was completed

System Pavers ultimately did nice work, and demolition and construction were quick and the construction resulted in beautiful spaces that we are thrilled about. However, the project and time management for the pergola permit was nonexistent and we had to get directly involved because the subcontractor kept blaming the city and System Pavers wouldnt look into the problem. Ultimately, the problems that stalled the project for MONTHS required only some clear communication, collaboration, and administrative paperwork adjustments. We would probably still be waiting if we didn’t intervene.

The service was great. John the consultant is a wonderful person, very thorough, knowledgable, friendly, and had a good sense of humor. He explained things pretty well.

I had an overall good experience. They were very professional however there was a small disconnect from the salesperson and the project manager. There were just some moments that felt up in the air but from my end they were able to work it out in my favor good. It was a good experience.

The original pattern I requested did not work and I wish I had known before deciding on that pattern.

I felt prepared for what was to come. I received samples to help me decide colors and addresses of completed jobs to check quality of work and color ideas. We have a steep shared driveway and S/P worked with each of us and gave us each our own contract. We are having significant rain right now and everything is draining beautifully!
