Highly recommend SP as we are extremely happy with the end results.
The service was good. The result was excellent and professional.
They have been working on it, but it's been a headache since November, and they are still not done with the damage around my yard. They have to come back and try to correct it. This would be the fourth crew they have sent out, and I would not recommend them at this moment.
I would give System Pavers a 10-star rating if I could.
Project began late November, est completion was 2 weeks. The actual completion date was end of Feb. Weather did play a factor, however not 8 weeks worth of delay. There were drainage issues along with damage to my driveway/sidewalk, after talking with the project manager, I was told that’s just the way the drainage works, which is not acceptable. The construction manager came out and offered a solution, which is great, but shouldn’t take that much effort on the customer side to remedy an issue. Overall pavers look great. However for a project that has a price tag of nearly 6 figures, I cannot recommend System Pavers - follow up (customer service) and quality control practices need to be looked at
Thorough, prompt, good work
My sales experience was good, and the people who install were great. The Project Manager could have been more engaged. I found out about the install from my sales person and the PM didn't check in during the project or show up to see how things were going. I felt like that was one of the things I was sold on, that the PM would be around and making sure everything was going ok. Thankfully they are good installers and did their jobs well and maybe that's why he didn't show up, I just feel for what you pay it would be good to be more hands on. Also, the job lasted about 3 days and the Honey Bucket sat outside my house for well over a week. The job was done on a Tuesday and Friday I sent a text asking when it would be picked up as it was attracting unsavory people to it all night doing who knows what in it and the PM told me it wouldn't be until the following Monday. I just think that could have been better coordinated, as a single woman I didn't really fell great about it sitting out front so long. Also, the client portal needs work, it didn't do well with keeping me updated on progress and it didn't show that I owed an additional $7k which was frustrating to figure that out at the end of the project. I thought I owed $2k and they had to pull the contract to show me I owed more, but the portal didn't reflect that.
We had work done to your front and backyard 3 years ago. There were many issues with the project, and we didn't trust the previous company to fix it. We contacted System Pavers to fix the current issues and to do addition work. They literally lifted and reset all the previous pavers in the entire yard. They took out a wooden deck and put in a patio. They installed pavers around our shed. They replaced a walkway in the front yard that was falling apart (we said something to the previous company that installed it, they wouldn't fix it). It's now a few long narrow steps. We are so happy with how the front and back turned out.
The project went extremely well. The appearance of the completed project exceeded my expectation. Great job, Guys! Darn right I would recommend you!
My experience with System Pavers is mixed.
The good: Overall I am satisfied with how the project turned out. Bowie in the sales staff was courteous and knowledgeable. When I wanted to change my order, the company was understanding and worked with me to ensure I received the product I desired. The final result is a much improved outdoor living space.
The not so good: During installation, the crew broke the main water line pipe leading into my house, resulting in turning off the water at the main shut-off. In this type of situation, I would expect System Pavers to devote available resources -- beginning with the project manager -- to ensure the homeowner is not too inconvenienced. This did not happen. Coordinating repair of the water line was left solely to the on-site crew chief. It became readily apparent to me that the crew chief was overwhelmed and unable to have someone make the repair in a timely manner. When I brought this to attention of the project management, I was told that the crew chief would handle the issue. It took over 36 hours for a plumber to make the repairs. It would have taken longer if I had not (very reluctantly) agreed to purchase the new parts (i.e., pressure regulator, shut-off valve, and assorted pipes/fittings). In the end, I was out and additional $358. System Pavers has not made any attempt to reimburse me for my plumbing outlay.
Overall the job was great and done to our satisfaction. We just felt a little more communication would have been nice. When the installers had issues and weren't going to be there, a phone call would have been nice.
Very professional, timely responses to inquiries.
We are very pleased with the finished product!
Communication was clear every step of the project. Crew was on time and cleaned up at the end of each work day.
The finished product turned out amazing. The workers worked extremely hard to make it happen.
They were very reliable, on time, and I was very impressed with the service I received.
They could do better with communication.
Their work quality and employees are excellent.
Close the loop when the project has unfinished work.
The design team was amazing. The installers were amazing. Everything was seamless.
We were promised much and delivered little. Systems Pavers had little or no involvement in the job once the contracts were signed until I made it clear that we were not happy with how things were going, There were delays, miscommunications, no shows, and the finished job was below our expectations
English speaking supervisor (Project Manager) on scene at all times when work is active
Judging by the displays and personnel at home shows, the reviews we read, and with the expertise and confidence apparent with Kirk Westrick's consultation, we felt good with our decision to contract with System Pavers to transform our yard. The frustrations with the installation and the fact that there is an unresolved issue, lead to this rating.
This turned out to be a project that really enhanced our home. It was artistically done, with beautiful sinuous curves in the driveway, and varying gray pavers set off by lines of light colored pavers surrounded by darkish gray pavers. Alan, Tyler, Royer and Royer's crew paid significant attention to the final end of the project, checking in with us at every step of the way. Everyone who sees it asks who did it and admires it. Now we have to get the rest of the house to look as good as the driveway! Thanks, guys!
Workers did not clean up after job was done. They left a lot of cement and gravel all over my yard.
