The look of the patio is amazing and the communication with the project manager was excellent. He was happy to address any questions we had. They performed the job quickly and efficiently and we were happy with the final result.

Everyone I worked with was very responsive to all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. George Judd, designer and Mark Trojownski, project manager were very knowledgeable. George Salado was very meticulous in his work of changing our sought out for artificial turf. The outcome has been outstanding. They back their work up with an excellent warranty. I know if I have a problem in the future they’ll be there to help.

You told the contractors not to put stuff in between the pavers and now ants are coming up and pushing all the sand out so that there are large larger cracks in between the pavers

I knew that they were high priced but as a retired aerospace engineer I believed we were paying for superior project management and engineering. Things were not done well or at all and I feel that in some cases they were deceitful.

Could not find my final payment because you had a problem with your payment system. This was very frustrating that I had to provide proof that final payment was made.

The System Pavers Team produced a gorgeous retaining wall and steps and were a delight to work with!

The work that the estimate was made on did not get fully done. The contract was very vague. Even Jesus didn't know that all the work was not done that was promised to be done by contact.

I am extremely pleased with my new paver driveway. The crew was great. The process went quickly with no hiccups. Great experience

There seems to be alot of paver installers in the area, and prices from our neighbors input are said to be much less.

That the same as the salesman made it all out to be

Very professional. Crew kept there word and hard working. The workmanship is exceptional. They cleaned the area everyday. I will recommend this company to everyone. And I will be using there services again in the near future. Thank you for a great job well done.

Not happy with the work that was done on our walkway!

Good follow through on our project even though we moved and changed houses. They were accommodating in changing from the original scope of services that we contracted them for to helping us in planning and constructing a new project for our new home.

They are not committed to their word, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Systems Pavers makes promises during the sales process but delivers something completely different.

It was a very easy company to work with from the design and quote to the finished product. The project manager was very nice and easy to reach when questions arise. I was kept informed throughout the project. The deck demo and the patio construction crew was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone involved in my project were easy to work with and the final project is beautiful.

Don’t sub out to non English speakers. Better yet don’t sub. Use real employees. Follow your OWN standards. Don’t make up excuses as t why you don’t follow industry standards as described in your own literature and on your own website.

They listened to my ideas, helped with any modifications, worked within my budget, and finished in a timely manner. Excellent work.

Never have I been more disappointed. From the beginning to the end. The cost of the project was too high for what we got. The time of the project was too long, months instead of weeks. Workers spoke no English. Broken water lines I had to pay to get fixed. Finish product if full of cracks. Blocks are loose. Sand in joints is gone in spots. The un-used material is still here because I was paying for it and they were throwing it away. My existing yard is in shambles after they left.
My only mistake was I didn't put another wood deck down.

Quality materials and skilled workmanship.

The project ended up looking amazing, so no complaints about the work performed. However, the sales person never called once or stopped by once after the sale. They said they would be an active part of the project post sale. The Project Manager communication was less than stellar prior to installation - multiple emails missed, unclear communication etc. The PM also came by after to do a punch walk and took back notes to reimburse us for some damages during the installation and I still have not heard from one person since the punch walk. The construction crew that was on site was amazing and we were lucky to have a good end product. Based on the communication and project management, I fully expected to have a disaster on my hands.

The process took almost a month. I still have low water spots after 2 appts for adjustments in other areas. The persistence I have to have to get them to come adjust the water drainage is ridiculous. To get scheduled is hard enough, then it gets canceled either for weather or they are running behind elsewhere and I have to start all over emailing for an appointment to fix the water pooling. It was a terrible experience. I had my front driveway done by a competitor. It’s about 20x the space. They did it in one week, 20,000 less than system pavers quote was and not one spot where water pools. Never would I ever recommend system pavers after seeing the competitors work.
