Integrity Home Contracting

Integrity Home Contracting was founded by John Struckmann and Gary Palmer. After working as construction managers on hundreds of home improvement and remodeling projects , John and Gary recognized that most homeowners struggled to find a quality contractor who could handle all of their remodeling and home improvement needs in a professional manner. When it came to remodeling choices, it appeared that only two extremes existed: the “fly-by-night” guy with a pick-up truck and a hammer or a large home builder who won’t move for less than $50,000. This left the average homeowner unable to obtain quality service when in need of simple, professional remodeling services.

Thus, Integrity Home Contracting was founded to do just that: bring homeowners the best of both worlds. We consistently provide high quality craftsmanship along with excellent customer service, regardless of the size of your remodeling project.

Whether a client is looking to have their entire home remodeled or looking to complete a routine painting job or a simple Handyman repair, Integrity Home Contracting delivers top quality work at an affordable price.

Even with the current state of the economy, our client base has increased drastically over the past few years. We believe this reflects the obvious value in home improvement and trust in our company to provide the best work. We aim to be the #1 design/build company and Handyman service provider in the Charlottesville area. Give us a call today and meet our team and let US show YOU what we are all about!

Make sure that your attic is properly insulated.  Make sure the seals around all windows and doors are in good shape.  If you can see daylight air is entering and leaving as well.
