In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Very organized and timely. I went to pick up a piece to repair our mailbox after a piece had been broken and they had exactly what I needed. I only give it 4 stars because the pricing is ridiculously expensive.

Our community's landscaping crew demolished our beautiful cast iron mailbox! Addresses of Distinction was quick to identify the correct mailbox replacement and, when the mailbox was picked up, they even carried it to my car! AOD ignored my instructions to be informed of installation schedule. They lied to me about calling before coming. They ignored my request to leave my old post. I felt we were rushed in making our decision. The one Board member who took responsibility for this project, was having some difficulty finalizing her decision. She was nervous about spending this amount of money. Other than that this is the second community which has installed AOD mailboxes and are extremely happy.
