Overall great job on reviewing the roofing issues and working with insurance. Roofing was done promptly and really nice result. I would strongly recommend. One item I would note, we had a lot of nails in the yard, but were able to address with a yard magnet. Need to keep the dog safe :)

Apple Roofings customer service was very good. Their communication was always really, really good. The timing of how quickly they were able to get me scheduled and get the new roof on was really good and fast. The representative that I had was really good at making sure I was taken care of.

The wrong shingles were installed on the house and the did not attempt the repair on the garage. I am still waiting for the job to be done correctly and completed.

If Apple Roofing was not recommended to us thru our insurance, we would not have used them. Their price was high, but that is less impactful to us personally since insurance covered the scope. Their subcontracted labor worked extremely hard, but the finishing touches on edges and sheet metal work, then lack of attention to detail with picking up nails around our kids' trampoline was disappointing. The sales person made things right as best he could and personally cleaned up over 200 nails the day following installation. Their standards compared to our expectations was not where we feel like it should be.
