Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

We have been with them since 2002 (for 16 years), and we have always been very satisfied with the excellent level of customer service that they have provided. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in using them as well.

I have been dealing with Aqua Pool & Spa for many years and have always received excellent service.Whenever I have been in a jam, whether it be my heater not working right before a pool party or some other issue, they have always been there to fix the problem or walk me thru fixing it myself. I highly recommend them!!!

I have used them for years and they are excellent. Steve, my pool technician is the best. They provide weekly service to my pool and spa and worth every dollar I pay. Crystal clear water, no heavy chlorine, well maintained equipment so the pool is always ready for family and friends.

Mike, Carol and the in-store employees, and all of of the service guys that come to my home to work on my pool are GREAT!!! They are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I always have an exceptionally good experience when dealing with Aqua Pool & Spas.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. All my experiences with Aqua Pool and Spa Pros has been great! Mike is very knowledgeable and has helped us in many situations. Aqua Pool is my "go to" place for my pool.

I have been using Aqua Pool and Spas for many years. I used to take care of my pool by myself and started using them after a fungus attacked my pool. Since I have used Aqua, my pool is crystal clear all summer with no issues. I have weekly service for my pool and spa and use them to open and close...
