The project was discussed, planned, and completed in the timeframe they originally set. The workers at our house were respectful and timely. No major changes were required, and the final product was better than we expected.

Atlas Moran Construction did an excellent job on the renovation of our 1940 house original bathroom. Our experience was above the expectation staring from the beginning of the project to the final complete. The project went seamlessly and completed on time. Atlas Moran Construction company hire qualified workers and reputable and quality subcontractors. We were staying/living in house during the project and despite the anticipated dust and disruption it went painless and the crew was very respectful to our privacy and the property and belongings. We've already recommended Atlas Moran construction to others. From design to construction to closeout Sean, Tom, and the Atlas Moran Team were responsive, proactive, and transparent as they renovated major portions of our house. The quality and timeliness of their work was even more impressive as the pandemic complicated pretty much every aspect of the project. We hope to call on their services again in the future.

The quality of Atlas Moran was exceptional and the finished product of our house was absolutely beautiful. Sean worked with us every step of the way on design options, valuable opinions/expertise, and execution of a somewhat complex project in an early 1960's Cape Cod.

We hired Atlas Moran in the fall of 2018 to completely redesign and rebuild our 60-yr old 1 story rambler. What transpired over the following 17 months was a total transformation of our home. We reworked our entire first floor to be more open and functional, and added a 2nd story for a master suite, 2 bedrooms, office and laundry room. My wife and I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about Sean Moran and his team. The project was on schedule and on budget, aside from some upgrades that we chose to engage on during the project. There were no unpleasant surprises and certainly none of the horror stories we’ve heard from some people who undertake major projects with a builder of lesser quality.

Sean's build team was incredible - his subcontractors were top quality and our project lead was on top of every single detail. Sean’s architect, Matthew Guenther, was also great to work with and had an incredible knack for making our vision a reality. Our project was not easy, and my wife and I have some very particular tastes. Neither Matt nor Sean were ever fazed by our detailed questions and careful decision making process. I can’t recommend Sean and his team highly enough.

Craig's extensive experience and can do spirit on any vision we presented really impressed us. We knew that whatever we proposed was considered thoroughly and Craig would really be able to envision what we imagined. Craig worked closely to help us be able to create the dream parts of our dream home. Alex was clearly committed to precision, whether it was installing a window that would be perfectly symmetrical with the rest of the house, or matching lines throughout the home, I could see that Alex wanted the home to be the home he would be proud to live in. We were impressed with all of the vendors that we worked with through Atlas Moran.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The quality of work was important to us and lives up to every expectation we had. Staying on schedule was important, and we were not disappointed. Most importantly, Atlas Moran continues to follow through with the unexpected things that have cropped up after we moved in (a toilet bowl that kept refilling, HVAC adjustments). All workers on the project were good neighbors, they worked within reasonable times so as not to disturb our neighbors, and made sure that the construction site was clean and at the end of every day before they left. We were also impressed with the collaborative ways Sean worked with our architect. Our plans were drawn 10 years earlier, and Sean worked closely with Liz Craver (our architect) to make adjustments we requested to ensure we have a home that is beautiful and functional at the same time. Sean Moran wants us to be cozy and happy with our home and stands by every aspect of the process.
