I really appreciated Brian's attention to detail, and willingness to make sure I was satisfied with the results. It was a big project with a lot of different work, and any time there was a problem, Brian made sure it was resolved to my satisfaction.

They did a thorough job, everything looked great when they were done. The quality of their work is their priority.

Overall they did a good job however; a few mistakes were made that should not have been made. Wrong size door was one but forgetting to cut the hole for the dryer vent is a major mistake. That could have burned my house down. I give them an A+ for the roof and windows. The dryer vent is just unacceptable. They did fix it and fixed my dryer that blew a fuse so thank you for that.

The sales rep made promises that the crews couldn't deliver on, and they pushed off my concerns to the finisher who ended up disregarding. I ended up doing the last bit of painting myself and my outlets in several parts of my house are not working after they "finished". The sales rep said that the siding would look "seamless" but the finisher literally said, "I don't know why he said that...and that it's fine the way it is".
