We had a shower installed in 2015 by another distributor and a few weeks ago noticed a leak. I contacted this Bath Planet and Mike came out to see what was wrong. He identified the problem and promptly contacted the corporate office to discuss it with them. Even though he didn't do the initial installation,...
The end product was not nearly as rich looking as the price would indicate. I could have spent that money for tile work that would have looked better.

They are very professional, and Sue answered every question I had. She measured very well, and if she didn't have an answer for me, she found the answer.

They took a problem bath and turned it into a selling point.

I have been waiting for quite some time to redo my master bath, and this shower was the first part of the process. I am really happy with how it turned out. It looks so much more rich compared to the standard shower.

I was most satisfied with their timeliness. They finished sooner than expected which was really nice. Additionally, the office got back to me promptly.

They considered the needs of my handicapped husband. They personalized our bathroom to suit his needs.

fixed the old drain, worked hard , got job done in one day and looks great

Include any added expenses in the contract.

If they truly cared about how well they did, then whoever is in charge i.e. the owner or manger, would contact me and ask me what happened. When they crew left they knew I as not satisfied. I felt more that they were the company that got the job and then did come back. There is not a follow up.
