The work was excellent. The communication prior to the install is lacking. Only when I called in for an update on when our shower would be installed was, I provided any information or update on when this would happen. We were required to place a significant deposit towards the job and the install was a few weeks later than originally communicated when we signed the contract, and this is an area that I feel the company can improve on. Otherwise, we are very pleased with our New Master Shower, as this project was not a traditional cookie cutter shower replacement. In fact, Carolina Gutter Helmet was the only company to provide us with a quote and took on the job, or we would have had to hire a home contractor to do the job. We are waiting on the glass walls and glass door to be installed by the glass company. This was made clear to us from the beginning that the glass company would have to finish the install, once the main shower was completed. Again, the work was excellent.

It took three months from time of order and deposit to installation. No follow up from Carolina Gutter to keep me informed. I had to contact them and then maybe I would get a prompt return call
Timing was somewhat longer than I expected, and cost somewhat higher than anticipated at first, but the ultimate result is excellent. I’m satisfied.
Communication was sporadic but in the end we are happy with the results
It took some follow up on my part to get the install date pinned down. The actual installation was very good.
The overall appearance of the materials used seemed flimsy. The shower bar was set in too far and restricted shower space. The water pressure now is substantially lower than before the project (plumbing or valve restricted).
Should have done this years ago
Our Jacuzzi shower was installed by an employee who was a true professional with years of experience in tub and shower replacements.
Workers were prompt, professional, neat, courteous and did the job well.
We’re hoping that the product will perform as well for us as we were told it would
way to much money for product .

I'm not sure that your system is the best available. By design, it looks like other systems will prevent even one leaf from getting into the gutter.
From making the appointment, to the demonstration of the products, to the install and follow up it's been nothing but great!

I have a problem in that the water is not hot enough, but I cannot get the company to come and fix it.
The product works, and if there's ever an issue -like the squirrel who wanted to move in - they come out and make things right.
They expressed a willingness to work thru an imperfect scenario. I found the field and office personnel very helpful and maintained very good communication.
When I placed my order for a Sunsetter shade, I was advised by Noah that it would be approximately 4 weeks for delivery. At 4 weeks I called and was advised it would be another week or 2. At 6 weeks I called again and was advised it would be another couple of weeks. I stopped calling after that. No one bothered to call me, I always had to call and ask what status of my order was, very poor customer service. You were very happy to take my down payment but after that no one could bother to call me, I had ti initiate contact.
I do like the way it looks on my house
Very professional crew. Installed my new Sunsetter awning. Works perfectly, Still waiting on the hood from Sunsetter.
Overall, satisfied but delivery delivery/installation took longer than promised - 9 weeks instead of 4-5 weeks!
