My Caviness & Cates home was a model (pre-built). All of my punch list items were promptly addressed before or shortly after closing by a very efficient on-site Project Manager.

Vinegar deluted with water is safe and works well.  Bona is another product that works.  Do NOT steam clean real wood floors with a steamer or use pine sol!!

Can vinyl shutters be painted? We have some shutters that were black but have since become very faded.

Yes Vinyl can absolutely be painted! Be sure to clean it well before applying the paint.  Using a paint that has more sheen to it will bring a more protective finish.  Most customers of ours prefer us ... read more
