The quality of some materials used were damaged and not replaced as they should have been. They stopped insulating the third floor and did not plant grass in the back yard properly. I will need to do major work earlier than expected for a new home to include landscaping. The water does not drain properly....

Caviness & Cates my be known nationally for outstanding construction and quality materials but the local community seems to be lacking their professional workmanship and quality of materials. They are lacking in communication and cleanliness throughout the whole process.
