Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

CHI did a fantastic job on my kitchen and family room remodel. Their design/finish team and the project manager did an excellent job. They really made the process an enjoyable one and we always felt they were right on top of things. I would definitely select CHI again for any future remodeling projects I have.

Highly recommend CHI. They worked around my desire/need to stay in my new home for a complete remodel and progressed on-time, on-budget through both phases. Great quality of work from everyone on-site and all were kind to my dog as well which I appreciated. I love my new home!
