Very efficient and honest group. The actual garage went up in ONE day! Mark McDaniel was patient as we as a couple tried to decide what we wanted. He was knowledgeable about city specific code.

Lightning quick install. Great communication

They completed things promptly, the guys were very thorough. Once the foundation was down it took them only one day to get it built, I am amazed.

Coach House made it easy. Everyone told me getting a garage built is cheap and easy. How hard can it be to get an detached oversized 2 car garage built? I found an architect and went back and forth with plans, lots of questions I had no answers for on materials, municipal codes, etc. etc. It was over my head, but stuck with him and paid for plans ($$$). Gave the plans to the contractor, thinking he'd know exactly how to pull this all together and get it done within our price range. Again, lots of back and forth and spinning wheels, and no garage.

I called Coach House and met with Dennis. He worked with us and had a plan almost immediately that fit our needs and budget. He had all the ducks in a row from the drawings, permits, time-frames, who was doing what on what day, status updates, etc etc. He answered any and every question we had. It was awesome.

And now....We have an amazing, rock solid garage. Honestly, my dream garage.

We love our Coach House garage! Mark worked with us several times to make it the work shed my husband wanted and the garden shed look I wanted for our back yard. His advice was invaluable, and he was very patient with us as we learned more options and made adjustments. The final garage/shed is just what we wanted!

I am likely to recommend Coach House Garages to a friend because they did an excellent job. I had a 30 by 40 shed built, and they had it up in one day, and finished the siding on the second day. It looks great, and it seems to be fine. I haven't moved into it yet, but it's a very fine shed.

The shed is very high quality, it was easy to work with all the staff that were involved in the planning, and construction of the shed and foundation.
