Cobex was amazing from the initial meet, to the office communications, to the construction
and final walk through. Beginning to end, I would highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!

Poor communication among sales department on exactly what I expected them to complete.

Work done was good. The communication was poor, including knowing who was in charge of the actual work. Poor communication cost me an extra $2000. I’m now noticing areas of the roof job where facia board replacement was done without caulking with obvious gaps. I recently got estimates for our siding replacement. Did not ask Cobex to participate.

I would recommend Cobex Construction Group because of Nate, our salesperson, for his follow-up and customer service, and because of Jason. I have already recommended them to a couple of neighbors and friends who have seen my roof.

The work was done in the minimum time listed for the job. The new roof looks excellent and has received several compliments from the neighbors. The clean up after the work each day was excellent.

As far as laying down the roofing they did a good job and would rate that as 5 star

Everything truly exceeded our expectations. As new homeowners we weren’t sure how to afford this project and they gave us financing options incredibly fast! Also their information on the process was incredibly helpful and their speediness put us to ease!

Took about 4 weeks for them to come out and start the cleaning process, but once they did it was done within a week.

The guys here working seemed to be hard workers but I have doubts they knew what they were doing. The work product was terrible. They installed the wrong battens, then provided battens that were inferior to what I was shown during the sales process. As a result I now have a wavy roof that looks terrible in places. It also leaked between the gutter and the fascia after it was done so they came out and repaired that. They damaged all the gutters during the solar install and had to replace a bunch of them and then had to replace a bunch of tile. One of the workers said the roof tiles crack for no reason. I believe it is due to the batten issue.

COBEX Construction Group, a relative new roofing company of Russian family ownership, was selected due to availability and paper-process for a water leak in porch recessed light and front porch window water leak during a relative light rain event ; prior experience with another local roofing company was unsatisfactory plus company is, apparently, no longer in business. Samvel Gambaryan, Project Consultant, directed to conduct no/cost 90-minute roof inspection by his boss, David Leal, who was scheduled to conduct the inspection on Friday, 12/13/2024 and cancelled by e-mail - never spoke or saw Mr. Leal (guess a $2900 roof repair did not warrant his time or personal involvement!).
Samvel was personal, efficient, and knowledgeable of his trade; an excellent representative of Cobex - IMO a much better representative than Mr. Leal - quite frankly, if not for Samvel, I would not have taken the time or thought to respond to this survey!!

Their workers are unbelievable and out of this world. I've never seen anyone work as hard as they do.
