I can't say enough about John, Stefanie and the crew. We had them take on a complex reno project that ended up having many twists and turns, and they knew how to handle every single one of them. Their attention to detail to our wishes was incredible. You can tell that they even pick their subcontractors...

I was most satisfied with the overall job. They've done several jobs for us and have always done a good job. They are straight forward and honest and always work well together.
I think that the plan that we wanted to be carried out, and the way they approached the system of setting it up, worked out really well. It was really well done, and we are very happy with how it turned out.

We were most impressed by CD3's timeliness and coordination of work schedule. We were never left wondering about who was coming or when things would be completed. Their work ethic is exemplary.

We have had CD3 do 3 bathrooms and our laundry room reno. They never disappoint! John's workmanship is excellent and he completes each job as though it was his own home. Stephanie keeps the trades scheduled and oversees the project in a professional manner. Her good taste and creative ideas contribute...
