Josh and Julie were super helpful with everything I needed. Josh originally helped with the estimate, and Julie helped me pick out items from the showroom. Josh put everything I needed or had changed in the quote and made sure to include that. Julie showed different types of showers, countertops, and styles. I wanted certain things, such as a non-slip floor, glass doors, hand bars, and a seat. She helped with all that. Brad and Chris came and did their work on time every day, were very respectful, and did excellent work. They clearly enjoy what they do. It was a nice change to see, as nowadays, installers seem to be miserable. These guys were really good at what they did. They told me exactly what they were doing. They covered the carpet with plastic and made sure to clean it up. They had to drill a bigger hole from the base of the shower down into the basement, then clean up all the mess. I can't say enough good about the two of them. Every day, Randy Colvin came to check how things were going. He was really nice, pleasant, and made sure everything was up to par. Guy Colvin did the final walkthrough. At the time, I had some concerns about the glass. There was a scratch mark, but they hadn't cleaned it yet. They did everything well. I am very happy! I would absolutely recommend them and use them again. I would go to them first. They are not the cheapest, but I chose them for quality work and customer service. I also chose them for their 5-year warranty. Other companies' warranties were 1 year. That made a big difference to me and my husband.

They were outstanding in every regard, customer service, and answered my questions or concerns! All of them (Brad, Christian, the installers, Guy, and Julie) were all outstanding! I have no complaints at all.

I think they're absolutely wonderful. They are a little expensive but you get what you pay for.

From the time we had our first consultation regarding these projects, we received excellent guidance and information. The showroom offered plenty of examples of different styles and design and the staff was helpful! The projects were completed on time with no problems. The finished shower and cabinets are wonderful.
