Improvement - There were a few little details that went wrong, but Croixco Construction fixed all of them in the end. For example, the color of the down spouts on one particular section. We wanted them to be black and they made them white. It just seemed like there were some little details that didn't always get captured and written down somewhere. They were just kind of spoken and understood.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the initial stages with Croixco. They were very helpful in identifying the damage. The insurance adjuster only saw some of the damage but then Darren came out and saw damage that the insurance adjuster missed. I was able to get all the damage fixed instead of just half of it because of that.

It is normal for you to be uncomfortable with the crew and it wasn't like that. He also went above and beyond to get the satellite fixed. The customer service was huge. We were very impressed.
