Doing It Right installed a new roof on my house over nine years ago. I recently contacted them about a leak through my ceiling that had appeared. Ahmet came to my house and looked for the source of the leak, but didn't initially find it. He returned with his boss to look again and they found a nail that had rusted out, leaving a small hole where water was entering the attic and then leaking through the ceiling. They made a temporary repair to keep the water out. When the weather was more favorable, Ahmet and his crew returned and made a permanent repair which should prevent this problem from ever recurring. I'm very happy with how Doing It Right and Ahmet handled this issue.

We really appreciated that they were willing to work with us on timing and financing, and getting it done in the timeframe necessary, due to the unusual circumstances that we presented them with.

I recommended them to my parents, and they did the work for them.

The crew was great and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with all phases of the project. Recommend them for any roofing or siding projects you have! We went with the American Walnut siding and the Bourbon shingles and everyone loves the transformation.

6+ weeks and they are still trying to fix issues they should have addressed in the initial install. They continue to miss scheduled appointments and are terrible at returning messages.Communication broke down as soon as they cashed the check.

I was expecting the professional crew that used all the proper safety gear, but that did not happen. the work was lackluster and the cosmetic damage should have not taken place if true professionals was on the job. Yes I did signoff on the job, but my concerns were discussed, some of the issues were discovered by me recently. I got a new roof, but I paid top dollar expecting top dollar work. They lived up to their name ! I had my Roof and Gutters replaced. The Salesperson, the Project Manager, the Foreman and the Crew were very Professional and delivered quality work. Their Crew put in several full days of work from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This very hard and dangerous work because of the steep pitch of my roof. I would highly recommend them since they deliver quality work at a fair price.

They brag about their detailed contract, but the crew that did the work did not follow the contract. After the crew finished the work, the Doing It Right project manager had to come back and redo things to match the contract.

We got our monies worth. Never had to worrythey kept us informed. Installation was professional and they came did the job and cleaned up so u never knew they were there except we had a brand new roof. Beautiful andstrong. The best thing on top of that is a 50 year warranty on our Owens Corning Shingles and lifetime workmanship warranty by Doing It Right Roofing and Contracting. If u want a great job. Call them.None

I found Doing It Right to be extremely professional with a quality product. The gentlemen were professional and helpful. They didn't hesitate to answer my questions about anything. Without question, I would use them again. I wish they did more than roofs.

All companies should do that in case they need to fix it then. The boys couldn't have been nicer to clean up. They came when it was really bad weather. I haven't found a nail once.
