The Done Rite Roofing Inc roofing crew was very professional, friendly, and prompt.

I did recommend them to my neighbor.

The price and amount of materials had changed multiple times throughout the process and differed among different employees (foreman, project manager and office staff). We chose Done Rite Roofing because of their rates which were lower compared to competitors. The project was estimated a couple weeks out at first, and then we received a call a couple days later letting us know they would be here the next morning. The crew worked all hours of sunlight and into the evening to finish the job, they were here till about 8:45pm. Upon them leaving, I asked about how much wood was replaced. The employee shared the digital files with me and said about 30 8-foot boards which is equivalent to about 230ft were used. When I received the invoice we were charged 292 ft of 10 foot boards, per the office staff and project manager. After calling them out on this and asking them to show me the 292 ft that was replaced, they were unable to give me an answer and eventually just said 240 ft. We were also told we had 60% of the hurricane clips already installed and would be paying only for the third nail addition to be up to code with hurricane clips completely... therefore we agreed to add hurricane clips. We were later told that we ended up needing 85% replaced per the invoice.
We asked them to come back the next morning to clean the job site as we have dogs and children who regularly use the yard, as we found over 40 nails in the yard ourselves.
Not to mention we had an inspection shortly after and the inspector found boards with only two hurricane clips installed. Therefore, what we paid for was in fact not what we received.

To begin with I did get five quotes for the roof replacement. Anothy was very professional and did his measurement and then we sat down and discussed my needs and concerns, Anthony addressed my questions with solid answers and recommendations. He was kind enough to update the contract with a few items I requested. The office called the day before the install. The installers arrived at 8am and ready to work. During the install the poor guys got hit with rain that delayed the install. They tarped the roof when they saw rain approaching and I had no moisture intrusion. They removed my old gutters, and pool solar and discarded as requested. Shingle roof is gorgeous. The flat roof has a nice new iso board slant to it. No more standing water. I had 9 sheets of bad plywood replaced, bad facia, and soffit replaced. Each day of install the team picked up nails and trash. End of the project they picked up everything as if they were never there. Very please and would highly recommend to anyone.

They did a good job, and I have no complaints.

There were multiple issues with the installation, including crew driving on my grass and over sprinkler heads, AFTER I had put in flags to show the location of the sprinkler heads, leaving multiple nails in my driveway and front walkway likely resulting in a flat tire while my granddaughter was driving, a safety hazard (your Company did provide $100 towards a new tire, and had the crew come a 2nd time to pick up screws), and discarding my gutter guards without letting me know they would be removed, and asking whether I wanted them saved for me to reinstall. Depending on brand, gutter guards and labor to install can be expensive.

I am very satisfied. This is the second roof they have done for me. I was satisfied with the first and just as satisfied with the second one.

Many homes on our block were replaced this year. Ours was done right in 1 day vs 2-4 for our neighbors. And ours was likely the most affordable & honest. They also left the yard clean. Very happy with service received.

The company and all their employees did an outstanding job at all levels. Their management group,Henry, Peter, and job foreman Noah were very friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done on time. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up and did not damage our new gutters. I will recommend them to everyone I know that needs a new roof.

I was very pleased with the cooperation and help that I received in working with the owner. Because I reside out of state, he made a difficult situation a much easier process. I was not there daily to check on the job site each day, but when I arrived a day or so later after the job was completed, everything was cleaned up and in great condition. I would definitely recommend this company.
