Remodeling is always a difficult process. The people at DreamMaker did their very best to make the process as seemless as possible.

Requested door to be installed on one side, however, it was installed on the other side opening in the wrong direction. Roger stated we changed the plans. Roger stated that we did. We did NOT! If we would have, we would have planned for the door to open in a different direction. Now, we are stuck with the glass the way it is even the Roger confirmed the drawings reflected the way the correct way. We had two people that have been waiting to see the shower upon completion as they want work done and would have used you. Not now. I will not recommend anyone who is untruthful.

My husband and I were both very impressed with their work and every time we walk into the bathroom we just love it. We are very impressed with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Tyler.

Additional Comments - I have recommended them to 2 or 3 people. My next door neighbor is getting ready to use them, I have a friend that's had them over to look at their project and I wouldn't be doing that if I hadn't been happy with their job.

They were professional, very courteous, and took care of everything inside, laying down protective covering from the front door to the bathroom, and vacuuming every day. It was pleasant working with them!

Additional Comments - I love the product and the shower, the Onyx, and the shower door. I was so glad they recommended that. It is so nice and looks so nice in there.

Everyone that we have dealt with has been very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable in their work.

Installation of the grab bar prohibited the ability to closed the shower door shut. Had to contact DreamMaker office and ask for grab bar to be re-installed. A favorable recommendation would be difficult to make because I had to inquire about the installation. Why didn’t the installer correct it in the first place? Instead, DreamMaker got my father to accept it as is. Granted, my father did sign the papers (he is 91 years old). The installation of the shower was premised on his safety, and for DreamMaker to tell him he could close the shower off by using the “outside” door was more than perplexing.

I was very happy with them! The guys were so nice to wear their masks, protect my property, cover my carpets, were very nice, didn't use bad language, and it was just great.
