Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

This needs to be shown. This is a very unethical company where the owner is dishonest and took our money without finishing the work. There were times for three weeks no one showed up and the work was very poor. Please run and do not hire this company. I really hope you read this as it is completely honest without bias.

Dunlap Construction does excellent work with good quality materials. That said, they took 11 months to complete our job, and one of their workmen admitted it was because they had been very busy (took on a lot of work) and had larger, more profitable, jobs than our. Drew Dunlap worked well with the owners to accomplish exactly what we wanted within our budgeted constraints. No matter who one has as the builder, there will always be challenges. the key to a successful relationship is the ability of the builder to work with the owner. Drew did a great job.

We live in a condo and cannot attach anything to the outside of the building. We would like a patio cover or retractable awning. Is there anyway to do this?

Unfortunately we do not do any type of awnings. What i would do is call the HOA and ask them what they allow back there.
