The homes are lovely and the neighbors are almost too good to be true. I feel safe and valued in my neighborhood. It is a very active and interesting neighborhood. To future buyers, I would request a home inspector that is independent of Epcon.

We had a very good and courteous experience dealing with the personall at Epcon and will recommend the community to others. In fact I have and some have bought homes in the community.
