The location and the Community are appealing. The sales people are delightful. The construction crew leaves MUCH to be desired. A track builder is the answer you will mostly hear when issues are brought up. In my opinion Epcon is over priced for what you get. Workmanship is acceptable on most things but not all. Of course We had a few questions and concerns along the way, after all it’s a big leap of faith to have a home built while living over 500 miles away. Niki and Jason were always quick to investigate and respond back to us...and not just with a simple reassurance but with knowledgeable explanations...

I would recommend Epcon Communities to a friend. The quality and the concept is great and the floor plans are perfect for seniors. We looked at quite a few communities and found that Epcon stood out among the rest.

If you get it in writing that your roof installation will not be too heavy for the frame of your home, and a few months later your roof is sinking and the frame is cracking, is the roofer responsible?
