From the start of design to the very last day of construction we felt like we were in safe hands. The entire Foremost team was exceptional and we will be coming back to them far into the future for our remodeling needs. A bath remodel was the second project that Foremost has undertaken with me. As before, from design to construction to punch list, all aspects were completed in a professional and collaborative fashion. Two major unanticipated problems during construction were quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction and at reasonable cost. Kelsey, once again, started by eliciting a thorough understanding of what I wanted in the finished renovation and assisted me in determining how to achieve it while saving me from myself occasionally and suggesting features/equipment that I was not aware of. Jon executed beautifully, and also consulted me on construction details that I might want to consider. Trade partners were professional and skilled. The small number of punch list items was corrected expeditiously and to my complete satisfaction.

Highly recommended in all aspects of a remodeling project.

His communication style is outstanding and we always felt that all of our questions were answered.

I was completing this project via long distance, so I had family and friends overviewing the project. My family and friends were impressed with them and have asked me for contact information, so they can use them. I am very happy with the final result and the entire process. Although it was long distance, they had excellent communication and I knew what was going on. It was easier than I expected.

Improvement Suggestion - I do not have any suggestions. They were amazing. Although I was completing the project via long distance, I knew what was going on. If something occurred, which caused a delay, they would notify me and provide a new timeline. They gave great service and helped. They provided pictures on a regular basis. Everyone that would check on the project for me was impressed with the workmanship and professionalism.

I would certainly recommend Foremost- Many of the reasons listed below. I do feel they are on the high end financially but that being said, I agreed to that

Overall Experience

Overall Experience - My overall experience with Foremost was incredibly positive. I will turn to them for my future house remodel needs and will recommend them with no reservations to my friends and family. I love my new kitchen. I sit in my living room and look out into the kitchen. I am still blown away by how the space has changed in such an amazing way. Before, it was dark, dreary, cold, and not a space that I enjoyed being in or inviting friends into. It is now open, bright, warm, and very very functional. Thank you to all at Foremost who had a part in transforming my kitchen into such a beautiful space.

Understood Needs - I strongly agree with this and the installation of the little kitchenette in my basement for me to use during the remodel was a huge help.

Having had poor experiences with contractors in the past, I can confidently say that Foremost is incredibly professional and responsive and delivers a very high quality product.

Buildertrend Productivity - Since I was not living in the home during much of the renovation, the ability to see the progress of my project unfold with the upload of the daily log was very helpful. It was great to see the incremental progress throughout the project. Obviously, it takes extra time for the lead to prepare the daily log with pics, but I think it's a great service especially for clients who aren't onsite.

Hunter's attention to detail throughout the renovation was top-notch - really great craftsmanship with a desire to get even the small details right. Perhaps less visible to the client but incredibly important, was Hunter's ability to manage and orchestrate the sub-contractors so that everything was completed on time/budget.
