We are so lucky that we worked with Foremost Builders for our building project. Foremost Builders was an excellent partner all through the design and construction process. It was clear that every employee not only had significant construction experience and an admirable work ethic, but also were people of the highest integrity. Each person was kind, compassionate, and patient with us. We do not believe that we would have had a better experience with another building firm.

For instance, Foremost Builders worked with us to minimize the time our family needed to move out of the house during construction. From day one, they prioritized our ability to live in our space through construction, even moving our dishwasher into our temporary basement kitchen. This vastly reduced the stress associated with small schedule changes. The job site was kept incredibly clean which further made living in a construction zone doable for our family of four.

Complex building projects often have unavoidable surprises, but we were fortunate to have an experienced and knowledgeable partner in Foremost Builders. As in any partnership, communication skills played a key role in navigating the unexpected. Foremost Builders was incredibly responsive and met challenges head on. Through out the process, they were trustworthy and collaborative.

A bath remodel was the second project that Foremost has undertaken with me. As before, from design to construction to punch list, all aspects were completed in a professional and collaborative fashion. Two major unanticipated problems during construction were quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction and at reasonable cost. Kelsey, once again, started by eliciting a thorough understanding of what I wanted in the finished renovation and assisted me in determining how to achieve it while saving me from myself occasionally and suggesting features/equipment that I was not aware of. Jon executed beautifully, and also consulted me on construction details that I might want to consider. Trade partners were professional and skilled. The small number of punch list items was corrected expeditiously and to my complete satisfaction.

I was completing this project via long distance, so I had family and friends overviewing the project. My family and friends were impressed with them and have asked me for contact information, so they can use them. I am very happy with the final result and the entire process. Although it was long distance, they had excellent communication and I knew what was going on. It was easier than I expected.

Improvement Suggestion - I do not have any suggestions. They were amazing. Although I was completing the project via long distance, I knew what was going on. If something occurred, which caused a delay, they would notify me and provide a new timeline. They gave great service and helped. They provided pictures on a regular basis. Everyone that would check on the project for me was impressed with the workmanship and professionalism.
