Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

I know it's nice to see the start rating but know it's real, not just a passive rating. They do great work and show interest in what you are doing. Ours was more of a small remodel/expansion to the heating system but they didn't treat it with any less professionalism or enthusiasm than our prior experience...

The staff went above and beyond to assist me on Friday afternoon at 1:00 to restore heat in my rental unit by 6:00 pm. Not only was Rae Lyn friendly, she was extremely helpful when I had follow up questions the following week (billing/invoice). If you want the job done right and be treated with respect,...

Freedom heating and AC is very professional, takes pride in there work and makes other Hvac companies look bad.. I wouldn't use anyone else with all my experience with Hvac companies. I'm very happy and lucky to find such a professional reasonable company.Thank you Freedom and AC

We had no heat all night long, and even though Freedom Heating and AC couldn't come out right away because they were so overbooked, they were the first to come out here the next day. That was huge. Having no heat throughout the night, knowing they would be here at eight the next morning gave us assurance...
