I was satisfied from day one all the way through to the installation. We did have a slight problem with one of the brackets coming loose in first day or two, but they came out and fixed it. I'm very pleased!

They are not very timely on what they promised. They said I would have my drapes in three weeks but it took six weeks to get them. I was not very happy about that. I told the sales lady that I needed to have them in three weeks because I was trying to sell my home. I called her several times to find out what was going on.
