Excellent quality workmanship. Keep the worksite clean, on-site construction manager was on top of all the work. Some supply chain problems occured but Gayler was on top of everything. Excellent communication through-out.

Having never been through a remodel, we were more than wary about starting the process. Thankfully Gayler Design Build had been highly recommended to us and they had previously done a remodel on our home some 20+ years ago (before we owned it). I went into the process knowing that we might be in for a huge surprise. There are numerous horror stories about how awful some remodeling experiences can be but we were in fact surprised by how wonderful the entire process turned out to be for us! My goodness, you have no idea how scary it is to know that you are spending so much money with no idea how it will all turn out for you! With a huge sigh of relief, we found the entire process from the very first meeting until the final walk though to be so delightful! All of our questions were answered thoroughly and we were guided seamlessly through it all. Everyone at Gayler Design Build treated us with utmost respect and we are more than thrilled with the work that they did for us! Without a doubt I would highly recommend them!

Additional Comments - We are so impressed and happy to use Gayler. We feel like we got really lucky. We did not have any recommendations or referrals. We just picked them based off of a seminar I went to. I read all the references and it seemed like they had lots of customers that were very happy and that impressed us. We could not be happier. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend them and definitely use them again.

Gayler has been outsnding to work with. We have done two remodels with the Gayler team, and would highly recommend them for any type of home remodel project.

Everyone at Gayler Design Build was friendly and professional. I was constantly being updated on progress by our Project Manager. He went above and beyond his scope of work for us to ensure a timely and well done job. We even finished ahead of schedule. Truly a pleasure to work with Gayler and we love our new bathroom and family room.

The transformation of our kitchen was spectacular. The designer was on point and the contractor stayed on schedule!

When you have a basic project and it unravels, you appreciate having Gayler Design Build managing the project. They put everything back together. It should not have been a big deal but they brought it all back together and did a fabulous job. Everything that could have gone wrong did.

Additional Comments - Many people feel that they are very expensive but I believe you get what you pay for. They are just outstanding. I would have been in a lot of trouble if I did not have their experience and expertise. I am very grateful.
