Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

They showed up when they were supposed to, and took care of the job in a very professional manner. Which was unlike other contractors I have dealt with throughout my life. Several things left us disappointed. We were off to a rocky start when (after moving stuff off counters, walls etc. in preparation) they postponed an expected Monday morning start until Weds (crew was running behind at previous job). Things happen, but not being called until 9:30pm the night before?!...

We have had the pleasure of working with Great Lakes Painting several times over the past 5 years. From painting interior rooms (whole house TWICE), exterior, garage doors, kitchen cabinets and even staining our deck! This is the third time I've used Great Lakes and they've done an excellent job each time. They're professional and their prices are very fair. We were very pleased with how nice the house & porches turned out. It's been several years since they painted and it still looks great. The crew was careful, didn't stamp in my garden beds, cleaned up after themselves and even painted a porch ceiling that was not on the list to do. Great company !

I called the office left a voice mail to schedule an estimate, then filled out the on line free estimate form. Never received a call or email back, waited a few days then replied to the "auto email" from the on line request. At that time I received a call back and scheduled a free estimate appointment....

Great Lakes Painting did a great job. I had my cupboards painted and the room painted. They did a fabulous job. All the workers were friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend using them and i plan on using them again!
