I really appreciated Willie's attention to the condition of our roof and his willingness to personally meet with the Insurance inspector to make sure they saw the level of damage that he found when he looked at my roof. Willie was also very helpful in scheduling the roof and worked to have it put on quickly in between summer thunderstorms despite the oppressive heat. During installation, I was sent pictures quite regularly with updates showing the work that was being done and the progress they were making. I had my doubts that they could finish, but Willie was spot on with his prediction of how long the job would take. My roof replacement ended up being covered by insurance. I am not sure if that was due to Willie or not, but I appreciate his willingness to take the extra time to help do everything we could to see if the claim would be covered. It was and our budget greatly appreciated his assistance! We will definitely recommend Guaranteed Roofing to our friends.
