Noah, Ian, Jarod & Richard (and Adriana) were a delight to work with! From the initial visit & subsequent phone calls - Noah was extremely helpful, responsive & flexible with our questions & changes - including several on-site visits. Ian was also instrumental in helping us finalize our design - even if it cost less than originally planned (but still provided fabulous results) . Ian also made several trips out during construction to ensure all of our concerns were addressed - including providing several options for us to consider. We can't say enough about the amazing craftsmanship of our two carpenters Jarod & Richard - these guys were amazing. Not only bending backwards to go above & beyond every day - but also putting up with our daily "oversight", special requests & list of questions. We had considered doing some of the work ourselves, but when we saw these guys in action - there was no question they were skilled professionals & would do a MUCH BETTER job than we ever could. We can't forget Adriana ... she was very happy to take our payments :) & was also very patient with our questions & responsive too. VERY PLEASED with the final result - what a stunning addition to our home that will last a lifetime!! We did a lot of research before selecting HOLMES, but we are SO HAPPY that we did - THANKS AGAIN TEAM!!

Not only would I highly recommend Holmes, but they will be my first choice on my next remodel project. This was one of the most stress-free experiences of work I have had done.... from the very beginning with the estimate, to the very end of the clean up.

We had a wonderful experience with Holmes Custom Renovations replacing our existing deck. We were kept informed with texts and pictures and they answered any questions we had. Our deck is beautiful and we can't wait for next summer to spend time there.

I had a deck put in it had a a couple boards warpage even though it was out of warranty they came out fix it back to brand new never charged me they have my business from now on..thank you so much.
