Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

June 2017 we contracted with Homesealed to install two windows and a set of french doors downstairs. In August 2017 Homesealed scheduled the install. No pressure sales person provided all desired info for us. Professional workers both with scheduling and installing the windows. Kept us well informed throughout the process. Cleaned up the job site well, which was more difficult since install was done during winter. One part was broken, and they ordered...

From the first phone call to the end of the project I felt that they were always informing me as to who to expect to arrive for appointments and how things would proceed in the project. Everything they said was what happened and I felt very well taken care of for my first project of this kind. Very nice people.

There was a two week wait between contract signature and the first time someone could be scheduled to come out to the house to make a 5 minute measurement of the windows. Windows could not even be ordered until this was done, creating what I viewed as an unnecessary, two week lengthening of the time...

Hi Brandi, thanks for your review. We apologize if we did not meet your expectations in any way. The job was relatively small and able to be completed quickly, which most of our clients find to be a pleasant surprise. Also, the bundle of shingles left in the garage was as a courtesy for future reference or need. Sometimes folks will do the other structure (house/garage) somewhere down the road, and having the extra shingles and packaging can be very helpful in referencing that. We had two storm doors replaced. The back door was not measured correctly so the door sweep had to be replaced. There was a piece of wood broken on the door frame, but I glued that back. Otherwise, the doors look great and are working perfectly now.
