Our customers are a true measure of our success. This was the best experience we’ve ever had with any home remodeling projects. The communication and getting everything done on schedule was top notch. I immediately heard back from Rachel or Dan if I had any questions or needed something changed. Very impressed with how it all went, done exactly when they said it would be. Rachel set up appointments and met with me to help pick everything out, and the people were always ready for us and very professional. The staff and contractors were all very friendly and nice. Sure. Presumably the installed products are better than the non-original 30+ years old siding and windows Hometown replaced on our 164-year-old house. The siding and windows look to be as advertised but they looked like that in the box, too. My happiness with installed product depends on the final installation. I'd happily tout my Hometown project to anyone who asked me.
