Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Craig always does high quality work. He is very knowledgeable about remodeling in general, selects quality vendors and products, and thoroughly understands Mo Co regulations. He is adaptable and very effective at working around unexpected problems, and he effectively communicates options with his customer....

Without hesitation, I recommend Houseworks Unlimited to perform high-quality work. Our home was architect-designed and built and featured in a magazine previously; Craig and his team provided the level of thoroughness and quality we value. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the work is done on schedule.

Houseworks Unlimited handled the whole process from the design concept to the final completion, which was very good. It was the best experience I have ever had with home building or home remodeling.

We're glad you had a good experience. All the planning and preparation took some time, but it's worth it in the end. Older homes always create a challenge and this one was no exception. Even with some hidden surprises, we still got it done. We hope you get many years of enjoyment out of it!

Thanks for the pat on the back! After doing this for over 30 years, I have learned a thing or two about working on older homes. It's a shame more of these entry level carpenters aren't trained in the some of the basics that were used 100 years ago. We find, way to often, that fine craftsmanship isn't repaired and it just removed. In it's place is another production piece. Thanks for allowing us to do it right and save a piece of history!

Houseworks Unlimited took on a complicated construction project at my house. It was very challenging and they were on a tight schedule. They were able to get the project done on time and within budget. And now we have a great new living space. I highly recommend Craig Knott and his team.
