I have been working with them since last July and am still having issues. I would hate for anyone to go through what I have.

They are very good people and do their best to finish the work on time.

Our entire experience with King's was positive, to include our interaction with the project supervisors and crews, who paid close attention to details and our preferences for materials and color schemes. We strongly recommend this company for restoration work, as well as routine remodeling of a home and rooms.

Had a water leak from second floor onto the first floor. I had a custom color hardwood on the second floor. King Remodeling and restoration worked with me until we matched wha I had before the flood. They send qualified people who dealt with every single problem in the process.

All of the people from King's were friendly and helpful. I plan to use them in the spring to additional outside work need to have done. Great company to work with!!!

Gary Miller is excellent to work with - he kept me informed and on scheduled. When an unexpected issue arose, he ALWAYS resolved it. He put his customer first. His team always were courtesy and professional during the entire remodeling.

I think it would be excellent choice for those closer in the area. It was a timing issue since we were further away.

Chris the marketing manager was excellent throughout the entire process for the insurance claim. We were going to have some other work performed but the communication on that effort went south probably because it was interrupted by another person within the company. However, the insurance claim effort was performed professionally and we were very satisfied with the workmanship.

King's used subcontractors for the flooring work that were incompetent to perform the work. King's had them come back two times to redo the finish on the floor. As a result we were in a hotel for three weeks including Thanksgiving with our out-of-town company. We were promised the work would be complete before Thanksgiving. The floor is still not right; large cracks have opened up between sections of flooring, but we just don't have the energy to deal with this anymore, so we're going to live with it the way it is.
