Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

I use Kitchen&Bath for all of my projects. They have a great selection with plenty of ideas. They are also professional and timely with reasonable cost. Larry is patient and great to work with too.

Brad was one of their team leads as far as electricians, and I just want to say Brad and his team were exceptional! They were especially exceptional as far as finding solutions to any and all of our problems. They really thought outside the box to get us what we needed to be done. Ms. Bridget is exceptional....

I think that they are professional. They treat you with respect and listen to your needs. They listen to the project and your needs and recommend things to you. They give you recommendations that are going to make money go farther and project look nicer.

My experience: a pleasant one and was efficient, I was 1,000 miles away when the work started and was completed in timely fashion. The pictures of the finished kitchen quartz counter and new sink are awesome. Thank you so much. We also had our bathroom marble shower surround and new counter top done...
